The food was amazing! The waffles were really great and everything was hot and fresh. I took my family there and my mom (the pickiest one of the bunch), ate her whole meal, that’s how you know it was good! I had to flag someone down to order, as they seemed to be short staffed but otherwise customer service was pleasant. I will definitely visit again when I am in the area!

Parking: Plenty of parking out front, it’s a plaza so there were a lot of options.

Stopped by this morning and the place had a horrible smell. Similar to natural gas. My wife and I couldn’t stomach it and ended up leaving before ordering.

Amazing Experience at Norval Pancake House!

My family and I recently visited Norval Pancake House, and we had an incredible time! The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly and attentive. My kids absolutely loved the chocolate chip pancakes – they were a big hit! The pancakes were fluffy, perfectly sweet, and generously filled with chocolate chips. I also tried their coffee, and it was delicious – rich and flavorful. We all left with full bellies and big smiles. We will definitely be returning for more! Highly recommend this place for a family-friendly, tasty breakfast experience.

I am not sure how this place has a 4.1 star rating.
Went in for breakfast; my wife ordered French Toast with no butter and whipped cream on the side, but it came buttered and covered in whipped cream.
I didn’t realize that my breakfast didn’t include toast so I ordered two slices of dry brown toast, but when it came out (15 minutes later when the rest of my meal was cold) it was buttered. When I asked to speak to a Manager to share my experience they said that they would call them, but then all of a sudden there was no Manager in.
To top it off the place is incredibly dusty, which is concerning.
We will not be back.

I want to thank Norval Pancake House for their excellent service and absolutely delicious food! The staff was warm and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Every dish we tried was fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and outstanding hospitality. I'll definitely be coming back

Food was fantastic, we really enjoyed it however the service was beyond ridiculously slow. It wasn’t even very busy in the restaurant when we went. Servers took 10 minutes to seat us for a table when there were clearly tables available. Took over 20 minutes to get our order taken and the food came out stone cold. No one came to our table to check on us to see if we were enjoying it or not or give a coffee refill. We had to ask multiple servers to come see us as our server had disappeared. Finally found her behind the signs hiding on her cell phone making phone calls that seemed more important than her tables.
