I paid $14 expecting a decent portion, but what I got was barely enough to call a meal. With a few pieces of chicken and fries. For that price, I was honestly shocked at how little food was served. Definitely not worth it based on quantity alone.

I ordered chicken on the rocks and told them last time my order was not good the chicken was dry.Please make it good this time.The guy said dont worry came home and opened it and there was barely a garlic sauce on top and the guy over the phone told me that he will revert back after showing the picture to manager and then he said its the way we serve it.I asked about the manger’s email he denied it.I hope the owner’s take it seriously and train their staff,So that People dont waste their money or time.

Osmows had gone down in value tremendously. Plus, it looks like the employees don't care about customer's orders. I ordered large fries with garlic sauce and spices, and I received burnt, stale fries with nothing. Very disappointed.
My whole family got food poisoning from this place! Will not be ordering again ! Not the first time we felt sick ! We didn’t think it was from this place ! The Food handling in this food chain is horrible.

This evening my husband picked me up a regular chicken shawarma. Very disappointed as I found not 1 but 2 bones in my chicken. Nearly could have chipped my tooth or choked. Won’t be ordering again. Unacceptable

I took half and half falafel and there were literally only 4-5 pieces of sticks (fries) and also no sauces. It was literally dry without any sauce on it even after asking to have extra sauces.

We order 22 oz box today. All boxes were fully loaded well cooked and prepared.
The food was delicious and yummy all 22 box were perfect.
