I have got a medium osmows from them and that was a take out order and when i opened my box when i reached home , it was only half filled and chicken quantity was way less. I usually get medium one from other locations and its always enough for 2 people and this is the first time i got from them and it was only half filled. Like 15$ for not even enough for one person. I would recommend never go to this place . This was my first and last time. I called them and they were ready to do nothing about it.

Hey, you won't believe this place I found! It's just a 5-minute walk from my work, and they have the best chicken on the rocks. The taste is incredible, and their wraps are top-notch too. You've got to check it out! The place is super clean, and the staff is really friendly. Last time, they launched a deal of $8.99 on a medium chicken on the rocks. At that time, my friends and I visited daily. I hope that deal comes again.

Just get as many wraps out the door and give zero regard to customer satisfaction
I couldn’t even recognize the taste. Didn’t even taste like an Osmos item.

I ordered a chicken regular shawarma and the staff said I could buy this on a student's offer (I'm a student btw) so that I'll get the discounted price !!! That was so kind of them and they gave me a free drink for the regular shawarma as well !! Definitely coming back again !!!

Never make a mistake ordering phone over the ohone with them. They only losten to what they want to. Order half and half no protien. Still made with chicken. And they don’t want to replace it. Said you have to mandatory buy this now. Sorry guys bad customer service. Loste me forever as the cx. Think twice before odering.

Worst customer service, they just don’t follow instructions on food orders, this can turn out super serious real fast . I would not recommend anyone to order from this location. Terrible service
The lady who took my order was very kind and had good service. My issues were with the way my food was portioned and presented. The chicken was undercooked, there was hardly any garlic sauce on my food, the portions have shrank so much. Probably my last time purchasing from any osmows. I would give lazeez or a small non franchised shawarma place
