I am head chef in restaurant. I face lot of people but I never seen this type of service. I placed my order on door dash and call them to make my Oder according to the instructions. The boy pick my call, his manners and his way of talking is best good service. God bless you brother keep it up.

Order a chicken Shawarma Wrap and Regular Chicken on the rocks. They didn’t fill up the container and put very little rice and chicken. The chicken didn’t come off directly from the skewer but they had them already shredded in a container - they didn’t even reheat it. The wrap had the hot sauce in one spot so one bite felt like fire and the rest tasted bland. Not a good experience.

I made a mistake and should have read the reviews before I ordered. This location sucks. Ordered a chicken on rice. There was hardly any sauce. Extremely minimal. Why do you guys cheap out on the sauce? I see the owner replies to a lot of these reviews but clearly doesn’t care about the customers if the same complaints are reoccurring. This was my first and my last time trying this location. Extremely disappointed. Trust the reviews for this location. You will just be wasting your $$$

Honestly, this Osmow’s is just not it. Every single time I come here, the portions are terrible. The chicken on the sticks is barely has anything, half the time they don’t even cut the chicken properly, never put enough fries and they’re always stingy with the sauce. Like… why am I paying full price for half a meal? The food always feels rushed and sloppy, like they don’t care at all what they’re putting out. It’s frustrating because Osmows is supposed to be good, but this location makes it look bad every single time.What makes it worse is that this is the only Osmow’s in Georgetown, so i’m kind of forced to go to this one and somehow they mess it up every time. I spend so much money and never get what I’m supposed to for the price. Super disappointing. Would not recommend.

Ordered my food using their app thinking they couldn't screw it up that way.

Boy was I wrong!!!!
When i called the store to advise them of their error i was getting passed around with different people whom all made it seem like I was lying.
Finally they advise that they would deliver my correct order and that it should be here in about 15 - 20 minutes and it's now been over 60 minutes and im still waiting.
Had to call back again to follow up.
The person at the store said she personally delivered it.
But I'm still here hangry!
When on the phone with her she again made it seem like I was lying to her and continued to say when she delivered the food a women with a dog answered the door.
No one came to my house and i don't have a dog.
God only knows where my food went?
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DON'T GO HERE...I'LL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I just ordered a half-half and got 0 garlic sauce. Literally 0. I called and someone named Virander picked up telling me that I didn't tell them to put sauce?? This is the first time I'm hearing you need to explicitly tell them to put garlic sauce, I knew inflation was bad but I didn't know osmows was skimming at every chance they can get. I've been to many osmows and never have I ever had to specify to put garlic sauce on a dish where the garlic sauce is NECESSARY!

Stopped by for a quick bite. Server greeted us well and she explained our options. Food was fresh and was ready in no time. Recommend spot for sure.
Osmow’s Georgetown is truly the best place to go when you’re craving fries with garlic sauce! Sam and Tanuj always make sure my fries are exactly the way I like them every single time. Their attention to detail and consistency is amazing . If one of them isn’t there, the other steps right in and gives full attention to preparing my order just right. The service, the taste, and the friendliness here make it my favourite spot. Highly recommend!

Honestly i use to love this location but like what happened too you guys grilling the chicken, now it just sits in the warming pot thats lazy, it doesnt even taste fresh anymore and man tell your staff to relax on the sauce its too much, i dont care if its a franchise, make everything fresh im paying 18 dollars for it.
