When I go to the mall and grab food offerings from a few selected mall food vendors. The pizza slices always looks small for the price they charge. However why you get a 1 star review when I used the men's washroom down the hallway from dentist office last month. I came around corner and seen the bigger guy who works the pizzeria not sure if owner. 1 star because he never washed his hands after he left his urinal while shaking it. Totally nasty as he touches the dough and toppings when making the pizza after. I could only imagine when he does a #2 during the day, probably does not wash hands after that possibly. You might think you got a anchovie on your pizza by accident ? Order at your own risk and why would you do that, especially when your in public washroom facing areas and affect the brand you represent for non hygienec approach..

I placed a big order for pick up with a bunch of drinks and sides. It was around 5pm and they were super busy yet the young man at the counter was nice enough to put all the pizza and drinks in my car for me. I was super impressed that he was so organized during the busy time to do that. For that reason alone, you have a repeat customer. Food was excellent as well.

Mould in lasagna. I already had SEVERAL bites before noticing and have spent the last 10 minutes vomiting my guts out ? called to report and didn’t even get a “sorry”. Just got an okay, bring it back and we will give you a refund”.I suggested they remove the other slices but who knows if that will happen ??♀️

I am disgusted with how I was treated here. I was shopping at the mall and decided to grab some pizza for my husband and I on the way out. I asked the man working for one of their pizzas and he said that he was not making any more pizzas today (it was 5pm and they don’t close until 8pm). He said he only had the slices that were sitting out. I said no thank you and he said I’ll give you a deal- if you buy one I’ll give you another one free. I thought ok, sure. When I went to pay he was charging me $10 and some change. I asked how much? One slice is $10? He then said no I’m charging you for two and you can get one free. I said but I don’t want 3 slices I asked for 2. He said that’s the only deal I can give you and at that point I walked away because last time I checked this isn’t a flea market, this is a well known chain restaurant and I shouldn’t be bargaining for some pizza. I said no thank you and walked away, and as I was leaving he was calling after me saying “wow, for 5 dollars? really?!” How despicable!

280 Guelph st Georgetown mall.Bought the smallest slice today I’ve ever seen! It was literally the size of a normal half slice. Next time I’m at the mall and Hungry it’ll be Chinese or New York fries instead of spending my hard earned money on a partial meal.

I would not recommend this location at all.Was told not to come back because we did not eat their spoiled/contaminated food. Mind you, I spent hundreds of dollars at this place in less than 3-weeks because I thought they were good ppl with a small business. I guess it was only good when they were taking my good money for bad food.The first feedback came after finding hair in the lasagna. Mistakes do happen so we didn't make it a big deal. We still ordered pizza from them after this incident.The second time, I went to advise them about spoiled pasta and chicken. It was smelling rancid as if it had gone bad. A customer with a face mask even told me that they could smell the food from about three feet away.When I told the Pizza Nova worker the issue, he immediately refused to smell the food. This let me know that the workers /owners know about the bad food they are serving. Why wouldn't a restaurant take the first chance to inspect the food? Probably because they are aware of the spoiled food they are serving.Instead of taking my feedback to make improvements to the restaurant, the owner's wife told me not to come back. I will gladly not go back and I implore everyone not to go.Don't support these people. They are not good for a local community where we operate in truth and good service to all. Ontario food service should seriously look into them.
