Poor service and the quality of food was terrible. Pizza crust was WHITE, completely undercooked. Not sure how they can run a business like this. One of the worst experiences I've had in a while. If I can give 0 stars, I would.

Night shift girl is so arrogant don’t know how to attend customer zero customer service skills and i was over charged for my food didn’t get any refund on asking unprofessional behaviour and made worst food I ever had I was very clear about my order easy on sauce chilly flakes that I don’t see at allAnd am sure this is the last time ordering food with this location.

The Pizza Pizza places in Brampton could learn a thing or two about customer service and making good pizza from this Georgetown location. We visited today and were greeted and served delicious slices of pizza not to fail mentioning that my son’s app was not working and the gentleman working still honoured the promotion on the app and gave my son the slice. I thanked him and said it was not required, but the fellow insisted to take the pizza. Thank you!!!

Service is amazing. The employees are very kind understanding and friendly. We come from Brampton all the way here to get pizza at this shop whenever we are hungry. They make the food so well! The inside is also need and tidy so the environment is pretty nice.

Last night I bought 10 classic wings, I ordered toast them with honey garlic, but the guy poured them fully with honey garlic. First time at that place, but bad experience.

This is the 2 nd time I had bad Experience with this store, Specially with the Guys working late night. I Ordered Pizza and it came Uncooked previously they didnt have toppings so they just msg me and didnt even cared to call and delivered the pizza with toppings of their choice. Very disappointed. Please see pictures for reference for yesterdays order. Litreally Flour can be seen on the crust and its all white not a bit brown.

On December 18th I Ordered a large pizza after work around 11:30pm. Pizza was burnt. So hard couldn't even chew on it. If you don't wanna make the food, just tell us to leave before we even order. I was already tired. Didn't wanna go back. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
