The manager of this store, Nadine, is literally amazing! She accommodated us for a delivery order even though we live outside town. She worked with me to make it work for her drivers and for us. Our large catering order arrived hot and delicious for our party. Made life so much easier - customers for life!
I have been eating here for years and it's always been consistent. Lately though I'm not sure what's going on but like I'd say the last 5 times we got pizza from here it hasn't been right. Teenagers don't give a crap or pay attention. EXAMPLE: I got so fed up of them screwing up that I decided to go and pick it up myself so i could check it and they could fix if needed. The guy there wasn't paying attention and BURNED my pizza (and then asked if I wanted it!!??!! It was black!). So hr had to make another one and I have to kill another half hour!!!! He gave me a free drink which was nice but come on!
Also, whenever I order Honey Heat they don't put the HONEY!!!!!!! Pay attention!!
Wrong pizza sizes, forgetting pop etc. It's ALWAYS something!!

SORRY but since Sadboy opened you are no longer the best pizza in town!! I'd rather order less times and pay more and get what I ordered and enjoy it!! So taking an extremely long break (possibly forever) because this is the last straw for me!!!!! Sadboy is way better! The owner is working in there so they don't mess up because its his business and he cares!!!!

Super disappointed! Got a pizza from pizzioli place on Guelph St - a bit more $ but figured I’d support them Yikes pizza was burnt and like 12 pepperoni on a large ( I remember prior orders there was so much pepperoni ) and I left a tip not realizing the guy had left and was talking to someone at the back of the store before I was done 😞

My wife placed an online order just past 8pm Thursday night once the dinner rush subsided, we were impressed by how quickly and efficiently our pizza was prepared! The staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, ensuring we felt welcome even though it was later in the evening. They where also playing lots of 80s and 90s classics which made the atmosphere even more welcoming! We ordered the large 2 toppings special that comes with a choice of 2 dips or drinks which only costed less than 20 dollars which was an amazing deal. The pizza itself was a culinary masterpiece with a crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and a perfect blend of flavors that you can't find anywhere else since it is prepared more traditionally here. Every staff member, from the drivers to the cooks, was attentive and friendly, and we felt very pleased with the service! Top-notch food with exceptional service eversince we walked in the door. Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering the same way everytime!

Ordered ahead of time, but when I got there, no pizza. I had ordered a Toni Pepperoni with extra cheese. It didn’t have extra cheese or extra pepperoni. And this happens after being forced to wait an extra 25 minutes for my pizza to be ready. Kid at the register was nice enough, but this is just brutal product and service.

The milton location is way better than this location. Ordered online and picked up. Had to wait longer for them to make my salad. Left the store and checked and noticed it was the wrong salad. They offered to make the correct on but I didn’t have the time and got a refund. Store is pretty dirty inside. No cutlery for salad. Upon arriving home noticed that the pizza was not thin crust like I ordered. For this $30 pizza and experience I will never go back to this location. Pizza taste and quality was no better than pizza pizza at 2x the price. Lesson learned
