Pizzaoilo quality is higher than majority of chains, we go to this location multiple times and so far no major issues.

A young female worker on her phone doesn't wash her hands. I was told 20 minutes. When I inquired after 25 minutes I got attitude and told it's approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Place doesn't look very clean either register very dirty. Could use a deep clean overall and a paint job on the walls. The floors could be cleaner. Maybe she should get off the phone and clean the place. Ugh

I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s hands down one of the best pizza restaurants in town. The food is always fresh, tasty, and consistent, and the service is just as good. Most of the staff are students, and they’re always respectful, hardworking, and professional.
A big shout-out to Michael (who I also see at the gym) and the rest of the team for always making every visit a great experience. Keep up the excellent work!

I’ve ordered from this place several times, but unfortunately my last two pickups made me ill (severe stomach upset within hours). While I can’t be 100% certain it was the pizza, the timing was concerning enough to make me think twice.
On top of that, my most recent order was disappointing — barely any sauce, leaving the pizza dry and bland.
I’ve enjoyed this place in the past, so I’m disappointed to see the quality drop and to have had such bad experiences. I hope management takes food safety and consistency more seriously moving forward.
By far the worst pizza I have ever had - most of it ended up in the trash as it was not edible.
I ordered thin whole wheat crust and got what tasted like burnt cardboard…just awful.
It was the complete poor experience as the service was very slow and the staff were less than friendly..

This is my go to spot for pizza in Georgetown. Recently found out that offer Halal pepperoni. I have asked them a few times about putting more pepperoni as everytime I receive the pizza there is barely any topping. It happened again, will not be returning anymore. Even after asking for extra this is what the customer gets.
Management changed, personnel changed. Heavy dense crust. Not enough cheeses. I wonder how people can be trained to produce the same quality as of old.

Walk In
Two large pizzas, two toppings on each a Caesar salad with no bacon bits on the salad all for $55 , I would say was not worth it.
My first impression was that it seemed as though the place was not busy and they had four people working in a small place. Teenagers , talk about the looks I know one of there names was Destiny and I heard it in one of many conversations . As a first time customer my first impression is not that of a good one, mostly due to the fact that I was not even greeted by any of them, I asked if they had a menu and immediately was told no, and not one of them had any suggestions or ideas as three of them stood around, talking about their personal lives with the exception of one young dark-haired gentleman. (Ok fine I looked online with my phone ) the price was a little bit on the high end for just basic pizza.

The pizza gets worse every time. There is no flavour.
We need a real Italian restaurant in Georgetown, that knows how to make pizza, because Pizzaiolo sure doesn't.

The manager of this store, Nadine, is literally amazing! She accommodated us for a delivery order even though we live outside town. She worked with me to make it work for her drivers and for us. Our large catering order arrived hot and delicious for our party. Made life so much easier - customers for life!

I have been eating here for years and it's always been consistent. Lately though I'm not sure what's going on but like I'd say the last 5 times we got pizza from here it hasn't been right. Teenagers don't give a crap or pay attention.
EXAMPLE: I got so fed up of them screwing up that I decided to go and pick it up myself so i could check it and they could fix if needed.
The guy there wasn't paying attention and BURNED my pizza (and then asked if I wanted it!!??!! It was black!). So hr had to make another one and I have to kill another half hour!!!! He gave me a free drink which was nice but come on!
Also, whenever I order Honey Heat they don't put the HONEY!!!!!!! Pay attention!!
Wrong pizza sizes, forgetting pop etc. It's ALWAYS something!!
Today yet another Honey heat with NO HONEY!!!!!!! IT WAS CRAP!!
SORRY but since Sadboy opened you are no longer the best pizza in town!! I'd rather order less times and pay more and get what I ordered and enjoy it!! So taking an extremely long break (possibly forever) because this is the last straw for me!!!!! Sadboy is way better! The owner is working in there so they don't mess up because its his business and he cares!!!!

Super disappointed!
Got a pizza from pizzioli place on Guelph St - a bit more $ but figured I’d support them
Yikes pizza was burnt and like 12 pepperoni on a large ( I remember prior orders there was so much pepperoni ) and I left a tip not realizing the guy had left and was talking to someone at the back of the store before I was done 😞
