They give unpaid training to employees and then not hire for a job which is totally unacceptable to not paid for their
work .

Allergen menu was there. Customer service was great as they guided me through what I could and couldn’t have.

I will never, ever eat here again. My husband and I got terrible food poisoning from eating a grilled chicken burrito and chicken bowl from this restaurant. Within an hour of finishing our meals we were both violently ill. We are 100% certain that we contracted it here - we spent the day with a group of people and ONLY the folks who ate here got sick. Be warned.

Tell me why I’m paying $20 for a small burrito that had hardly anything on it. The lady rushed me when ordering when not one person was in the store. It’s annoying that I’m paying so much money and I got nothing in my burrito.

Very very rude staff. Sad faces. They have advertised student deals outside the restaurant. When i went to get it i was told by the staff that this promotion is only available to high school students during school hours not to college student. This condition was not mentioned clearly on the signage which i find misleading.

I was a bit disappointed ...food tasted good but was warm at the ends of the wrap and cold in the middle. Could have been because of the lunch time rush. I think it's worth giving them another try.
I have mixed feelings about the service , the girl who made my food was polite and smiling. But the man at the cash seemed pissed off and didn't even make eye contact.

This is my go to place for a filling and healthy meal in Georgetown. I always get the Chipotle tofu bowl which is large enough that I have a little leftover. Portion is large with lots of tofu and plenty of veggies. Clean and fast service. I wish their spicy sauce was hotter but it definitely is flavourful.

Delicious food and service was good as well. The location and parking is a nuisance. Fairly priced and the servings for what you pay for is definitely worth it. What I like most about this place is that the toppings and ingredients are all fresh quality.

I have mixed feelings about Quesada. On one hand, its a quick relatively healthy meal at a decent price. On the other hand, the women who work there are extremely unorganized. The three times I've been there they've made mistakes on my burritos & tacos- and you have to tell them 4-5 times what you want. Maybe its a language barrier- but they are extremely difficult to understand and look pretty miserable doing their job. Would be a 4 star if the employees were better
