Quesada Burritos & Tacos

$15 for a bowl. I asked for no rice but instead of giving me more of the veggies they filled it up with just lettuce mainly. They put only a small amount of chicken. Portion of protein is extremely small given the price.

Terrible service. From past few times, I have been getting my bowls half entry. Upon calling them, their employees have been so rude to address the concern. 3 weeks ago, when i called them to address the same problem I have been facing, the girls hung up on me saying sorry we cannot talk we are closing the store, they were extremely rude and ignorant. Next morning, I called and told them what happened and there were no empathy from the person on call and just offered a credit for next time.
Today when I called, they took my 15 mins just asking when, who and how, and arguing back on if that day it was a girl or boy who offered credit and refuse to even give a credit. So, after all this hassle this is how you entertain your customers. Terrible business owner.

“This was the worst nachos I’ve ever had. The chips tasted stale, like they had been left open for days, and there was barely any topping. Very disappointing.

I have been ordering since 2018 and never complained but today I was very disappointed to order the veg quesadilla and when I open box it is everywhere all stuff and burnt, make not happy may be he's new employee, girl's always make good nd satisfying food, pl do give more training to employee

Amazing burrito bowl but concerning their chips expired 2 months ago & they’re still up for grabs with combos.

Terrible🤮🤢 my whole drive home I smelt mildew and it turns out it was the lettuce🤮 took one bite and immedietely threw up! Do not recommend! Not to mention the cold stone faces of the people working behind the cash

They give unpaid training to employees and then not hire for a job which is totally unacceptable to not paid for their
work .

Allergen menu was there. Customer service was great as they guided me through what I could and couldn’t have.

I will never, ever eat here again. My husband and I got terrible food poisoning from eating a grilled chicken burrito and chicken bowl from this restaurant. Within an hour of finishing our meals we were both violently ill. We are 100% certain that we contracted it here - we spent the day with a group of people and ONLY the folks who ate here got sick. Be warned.

Horrible menu design, put customer in front of me sauce on my burrito and then grouped our orders together at the register without asking.
