Staff not trained/ ready to serve a Traveller Box , I had to wait for 20 minutes for the order, next time Tim Hortons for sure

I asked for a custom drink and she gave me the mango dragon fruit blended refresher lemonade with milk, my app shows what she put in the computer, I asked for a mango dragon fruit refresher with coconut milk and blended with whipped topping now ik it’s basically the same thing but it’s not what I paid for and wasn’t exactly what I was wanting, when we first got there I was struggling to find the entire for the line up (empty) and we made eye contact , she continued to prep a machine. After I figured it out on my own I stood at the register for 5 mins waiting as she finished what she was doing. Her attitude was poor very judgy vibes and bit rude definitely should not be working in customer service! and for that I rated poorly.

Every time I come here I always wait 10 minutes in line and 20 minutes waiting for my drink. They always mess up my order which is not a difficult order. Employees are not friendly, and are rude. Employees are slouched and leaning on the counter with a frown. For the cost of the menu I accept to be getting good service and a good drink. This is the WORST location i’ve ever been to!!!

Once (sometimes twice) a month when me and my wife go on our evening walk on the “South Side” we would treat ourselves to a Starbucks latte, especially with Pumpkin spiced season finally here.
So far we don’t have a reason to complain. The staff are kind and courteous and also had our drinks ready just minutes after we ordered them.
My only critiques are that there isn’t a seating area inside this location but that’s more or less a Starbucks issue. Also does anyone else wish there was a Starbucks location on the “North Side” of town?

I have been coming here for over a year and half. New staff since I last came about a month ago. Had great service this afternoon. Very friendly and kind young lady at cash, and quick service. There was no line. I ordered an Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, and received my order within minutes, did not have to wait long. The lady who made it did a great job making my drink. It tasted fantastic, very well made. The place is clean, small and inside a grocery store. Nice collection of merchandise available as well. Highly recommended.

Went on July 3rd at 1:00 pm. Newer staff. Person on cash said it was a new system and she had a lot of difficulty navigating it. Had four drinks entered instead of three and it took her over five minutes to enter the info. Person making the drinks got the order ahead of me wrong. Part of my order was wrong. Staff argued with me saying it was what I asked for and it was not. Rude, argumentative and incompetent. Took 20 minutes for my drink order. Worst ever service at this Starbucks location!
literally waited in line for 10min only to get to the cash register and be told they’re out of the frappuccino syrup! maybe let people know when you notice they’ve been waiting in line for a long period of time? they had a line of 6 people at one point and no one was taking orders. there were also at least 4 people who had orders placed already that were waiting just as long. on a really hot day they need to do better, maybe schedule more employees or keep ingredients in stock of a hot summer menu item!
