Not sure why but the coffee and drinks here do not taste good compared to other Starbucks. They tastes off and watery.

They do not know how to stir white mocha and asked me to stir it… Got a Venti iced Americano with four pumps of white mocha all at the bottom of the drink :( great service though

It is so difficult to get your drink made properly at this location. I usually order an iced espresso with a splash of cream and make sure to specify that I want the tiniest splash of cream. Every time I end up with a cup of cream with a hint of espresso. They are very accommodating and do remake the drink for me, but it’s annoying having to wait around 10 minutes for a coffee

I bought a Caramel Macchiato, and was watching my barista make it. She pours out my extra shot of espresso that I paid for, because she put too much milk in the drink. What a waste. Never coming back here.

One of the batistas just looked annoyed that my friend and I were there. Then a girl went after us and the barista smiled and welcomed them. Very off putting.

Starbucks offers a cozy atmosphere and a good variety of coffee and treats, with the added perk of a puppuccino for dogs. However, the menu has limited options for vegetarians, especially in savory choices. Friendly staff and pet-friendly vibes still make it a pleasant stop for coffee lovers and their furry friends.

I asked for a custom drink and she gave me the mango dragon fruit blended refresher lemonade with milk, my app shows what she put in the computer, I asked for a mango dragon fruit refresher with coconut milk and blended with whipped topping now ik it’s basically the same thing but it’s not what I paid for and wasn’t exactly what I was wanting, when we first got there I was struggling to find the entire for the line up (empty) and we made eye contact , she continued to prep a machine. After I figured it out on my own I stood at the register for 5 mins waiting as she finished what she was doing. Her attitude was poor very judgy vibes and bit rude definitely should not be working in customer service! and for that I rated poorly.

Every time I come here I always wait 10 minutes in line and 20 minutes waiting for my drink. They always mess up my order which is not a difficult order. Employees are not friendly, and are rude. Employees are slouched and leaning on the counter with a frown. For the cost of the menu I accept to be getting good service and a good drink. This is the WORST location i’ve ever been to!!!

Once (sometimes twice) a month when me and my wife go on our evening walk on the “South Side” we would treat ourselves to a Starbucks latte, especially with Pumpkin spiced season finally here.

So far we don’t have a reason to complain. The staff are kind and courteous and also had our drinks ready just minutes after we ordered them.

My only critiques are that there isn’t a seating area inside this location but that’s more or less a Starbucks issue. Also does anyone else wish there was a Starbucks location on the “North Side” of town?
