My partner loves it. I find it to be fairly expensive as far as coffee goes. The staff are wonderful and super friendly.

Poor customer service I purchase from Starbucks very often over the past 20 years different locations including the one next to my house in metro Georgetown when I popped in to collect my Starbucks birthday gift after I told the barista that it’s my birthday she said happy birthday then asked how long I have Starbucks app I was confused why is she asking that I said why and she said because people only have the app and come for birthday gift collection I was shocked disappointed of how cheap and poorly the barista managed this and ruined the little feeling of being my birthday . Cheap people poor service disappointed

They do not know how to stir white mocha and asked me to stir it… Got a Venti iced Americano with four pumps of white mocha all at the bottom of the drink :( great service though

It is so difficult to get your drink made properly at this location. I usually order an iced espresso with a splash of cream and make sure to specify that I want the tiniest splash of cream. Every time I end up with a cup of cream with a hint of espresso. They are very accommodating and do remake the drink for me, but it’s annoying having to wait around 10 minutes for a coffee

I bought a Caramel Macchiato, and was watching my barista make it. She pours out my extra shot of espresso that I paid for, because she put too much milk in the drink. What a waste. Never coming back here.

One of the batistas just looked annoyed that my friend and I were there. Then a girl went after us and the barista smiled and welcomed them. Very off putting.
