If I could give 0 stars I would. This Starbucks is absolutely so slow. I don’t understand why there are only three people working and 50 people are waiting for their orders. Management needs to do better and hire more people. I always do a mobile order and once I get the notification saying my order is ready i still have to wait another 30 minutes.

Absolutely disappointed in this Starbucks location.

Had the best service at a Starbucks ever. I didn’t catch the barista’s name but he spoke portuguese because of his girlfriend and helped me with my drink when I had some trouble with my card. Promote him and give him raises!!

This morning (November 6, 2025), I had a disappointing experience at this location regarding the release of the Holiday Collection. Although I was first in line and had been waiting since 5:00AM — mind you, their store opens at 7:30AM, three employees — Naithan, Cat, and Pri — openly took “first dibs” on the items minutes before the store opened. They proceeded to ring up each other’s purchases while customers, including myself and others who had been waiting respectfully, were left to observe. This behavior felt unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unfair. It disregarded both company policy and the time and effort of the customers who came early.

On a positive note, my partner spoke with the District Manager, Sara — on my behalf, who handled the situation very professionally. She acknowledged that the employees actions were against policy and provided a fair and very reasonable resolution. I truly appreciate her professionalism and understanding. Thank you very much Sara!

Very slow , not busy . Also I believe I just experienced the worst cup of coffee I have had in recent memory . Bitter as hell itself , I pushed through anyway ..... Hours later still massive heartburn , upset stomach .Nothing is helping . I do not know where they source the bean product . Espresso Maciato BTW. I can't believe it.
