I hope could give 0 customers service stars. The staff lady ignored you waiting to take order. She is busy with talking to her colleagues. While you remind her you are waiting there, she replied you she is busy with preparing food. Today is Friday morning, it’s not holiday or weekend. Not even a line up in store. Terrible attitude

Only two employees working on Friday and it’s busy.Waited so long for order.

Basic Starbucks experience. Coupled with a massive line. This is the 3rd time I've been to this location and it's ALWAYS a 15min - 20min wait just for a basic coffee.
