Ordered a sub through Uber eats and got a completely different order. Instructions and items were clearly listed and yet items I asked for weren't on the sub and I was still charged for said items and items I didn't ask for were put on the sub. After going through Uber eats to deal with the situation I was only granted a $4.00 refund even though my $30 sun was inedible. No cheese no bacon...onions I requested not to add and an insane amount of sauce

I ordered lunch for over thirty people as we were having a gathering. The staff hit the order on the nose they had it ready at time promised. Were nice and friendly to deal with.

I ordered lunch for my ball team and the families as we had two games in town and just enough time to get a something between games. The team at Subway had everything ready and prepared when we got there to pick it up the process was easy and simple. - much appreciated.

Bad experience very poor customer service. Food was so pathetic. No sauce and dry sub. And also they have did mistake with our order ingredients. After seeing that they denied to give us a refund or exchange for the food. Never visit again and it was health concern too.
Very bad experience at all. Customer service is worst. Employees working over there not cooperative. Subway quality was not good, order instructions were not followed properly.
Supposed to be 0 stars, but unfortunately there’s no option for that – so 1 star it is.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service experience. I was promised a refund, but when I followed up, they completely denied ever saying it. The girl on the phone was shockingly rude and dismissive — absolutely no sense of customer respect. They told me the owner would call back, but it’s been over 24 hours and no response at all.
This is not how any restaurant should treat its customers. Would not recommend based on how poorly they handle issues and treat people once they’ve taken your money.
Customer service was too bad, unsatisfied with the food. We did order for 10 sub and then staff did mix with our order ( veg and non veg ) when we told them they just denied to all the situation. We didn't get the food replacement or refund. Never visit again . Two Indian girls are too rude.

It’s my best experience with employees there was a guy with turban he was a great guy and he suggested me the best subway and he is so humble and his smile is so good
