This store always as a very long wait. We come from out of town to visit my mother and have made it a tradition in picking up some Subs for us to share a lunch. There is only 1 employee at this location even at lunch time. Many times we have seen customers walk out do to the long wait times even a person who order in advance online left when realizing his sub was still not made. We drive an hour to visit my mother and want to spend most of the time with her not at the restaurant. I am usually understanding for one off situations but this is almost every time we visit this store. So we will avoid this store in the future and advise anyone in any kinda of rush do not visit this location near lunch.

This one is long due! I wanted to thank Navjot for her great customer service. She makes my every visit worthwhile. This is my go to place whenever I forgot my lunch. She got the prettiest smile. Just wanted to say that may she stay the way she is as she is kind and humble.

Only giving any stars because the staff are always extremely kind and respectful. But too many times of late, I have come to this location and there has been 1 staff during the lunch hour. Im not sure if its for budget or lack of staffing or a mix of both, but it seems both unfair to the customers aswell as the staff. they have not even a moment to breathe between customers and it leaves customers almost feeling bad. Management here needs to do better to support their staff , it seems unacceptable to have 1 staff on site during the peak hour of a day.

The sub was delicious (Green Goddess). It was made nicely by the friendly staff member.The restaurant was clean and organized. 5 stars for the Georgetown Subway. I will be back.
