Went for double date lunch today. All four of us loved the food and drinks - highly recommended. We waited a rather long time for our food as the wings had to be made from scratch, and saw people who arrived after us being served there food first, but we did not mind as we were not in a hurry and had all afternoon. Pleasant atmposhere. Waitress was friendly, helpful and checked up on us regularly. Free wifi, washrooms available, wheel chair accessible, free parking available.

Guys in Harvey’s side with bad service we asked the lady if salad coming with food she said yes and that what I got ..back to confirm with her the old lady was so rude bad experience never do it again

We often pick up dinner by ordering online. Our last order we got all the way home and we were missing our order of perogies for my grandchildren. I called the restaurant and they assured me I could get them next time for free no problem. We just went to pick up our current order and I advised the server that I was owed an order of perogies because they were missed in our last order. Two different servers rifled through a small notebook and informed me my name was not there so No Perogies for me. It was horrible to be treated like your lieing. What happened to good customer service, that obviously isn't the priority at this location.

Wednesday afternoon, almost empty. Tables were dirty, footprints on seats, empty towel dispenser in washrooms, no music just depressing CP24 with the volume cranked up. Not a nice atmosphere to take my Dad out for a special lunch.

It's really a shame because the last 3 times we've ordered take out, there's been stuff missing. Tonight we ordered a Thanksgiving dinner meal and when I got home, I noticed one of the sides were missing. It's almost too coincidental, as if happens all the time at this location. My wife called back and they said they would send the vegetables through delivery. As I write this review, it's an hour and a half later, and still no veggies.

Decided to go there for something healthier for my anniversary. The chicken was puny, and dry , the vegetables were flavourless, and the staff seemed like they were miserable and hardworking there. Which I don’t blame them! We gave the poor girl a good tip but I hope she find something that brings her more joy. It felt that way for all of the staff. Be kinder to your workers. There were fries in the sink of the male bathroom. The goods - free kids meal, the restaurant was relatively clean, it wasn’t overly busy so we didn’t have to wait too long.note this is the second time we had an issue there. They gave us a $20 credit but said it expires in 6 months. Well we didn’t go back for another year so that expired and we couldn’t use it.
