Symposium Cafe Restaurant Georgetown

Disappointed to say the least. Went for breakfast and my order was messed up. No problem as they offered to fix it right away. Problem was my husband finished his entire meal and no one said anything about when my replacement omelette would be ready. 20 mins and still no replacement, so I had to cancel. Even though they removed it from the bill, there was barely an apology. So sad, as we were thinking of making this our regular breakfast spot. Probably won’t be back.

One of the best restaurant experiences we had in Ontario. Food was fresh, service was beyond excellent, Dee and the team has been attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. Cakes look divine we had to get them to go because portions are not for the faint hearted. Definitely check the place if you are in the area.

Customer service was very bad. No one came back to ask again how was the food once the food was served. Server also seemed judgmental how i wanted my burger lol. Although food was good. But customer service sucks

First time here, was decent overall. The service is worthy of 5 stars hands down, but just 3 stars for food. Fish and chips were great, good size meal. Vegetable wrap was a bit of a let down… almost exclusively had lettuce in it with one small slice of avocado in each half and maybe a teaspoon of chickpeas with one noticeable slice of red pepper. The taste was bland (as to be expected when its lettuce forward) but the overall portion size was good. Maybe i just ordered the wrong item, or maybe kitchen didn’t have enough ingredients to fill it with, but either way I wouldn’t order this again and cant recommend. All this said, amazing customer service so we will definitely be back again to try some other menu items!

I was visiting this restaurant from out of town with my cousin. Everyone is so friendly here and the manager personally speaks to his clientele to answer any questions. Thank you.

Absolutely loved the vibe. What stood out even more was the wide range of vegetarian options - fresh, flavorful, and not your usual boring picks. Perfect for a cozy brunch or a relaxed evening out

Symposium offers all the food you would expect from a well established restaurant. From steaks to burgers, to vegan dishes. If you go, save room for one of the many large desserts that you can't help but look at all dinner in the display. The restaurant is set in a Renaissance theme. There is an outdoor patio for those summer days and the staff is exceptional.

Favorite dinner spot in town. Never disappoints.

I recently visited Symposium in Georgetown and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My waitress Lexus was absolutely amazing, very attentive and caring. The chicken strips were cooked perfectly and I would highly recommend this location to all my friends and family.

The best spinach dip that I have ever tasted. It was delicious, will definitely go back to have that again. Second item that we ordered was fettuccine Alfredo which surprisingly looked delicious but wasn’t good :( will just have to try something else next time.

We had an incredible dining experience at symposium. They can never fail a brrakfast meal. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were attentive and friendly from the moment we walked in. I’ll definitely be coming back!
