Our experience with the Terra Cotta Cookies Dough Drop Fundraiser was fantastic from start to finish. The registration process was simple and easy to follow, which made getting everything set up stress-free.

The fundraiser itself was a huge success. Everyone loved the dough drops and the great variety of flavours available. They were a big hit with our supporters and made selling so much easier.

Customer service was also excellent. The team was friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond whenever we had questions along the way.

Delivery day was amazing as well. Everything was very organized and ran smoothly, which made distribution easy for our group.

Overall, it was a really well put together fundraiser and a great experience for our organization. We will definitely be doing another fundraiser with Terra Cotta Cookies and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a successful and easy fundraiser! 🍪

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent experience with your customer service team.

Our school had signed up for your cookie fundraiser initiative, but unfortunately, a mishap occurred with an order. When I called your customer service department to see if the issue could be corrected, I was told that it was not your problem and that I should have read the fine print.

Having worked in customer service myself, I know that there are many opportunities to go above and beyond policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Being met with such an unhelpful attitude was very disheartening.

As a result of this experience, I will not be taking part in any future initiatives through Terra Cotta Cookies.

We've ordered these a few times over the years for fundraisers. We've tried a few kinds and they have to be the worst tasting cookies I ever tried and they leave a gross film in your mouth. Unfortunately the school is running this again so I'll try the shortbread cookies since they only have 3 simple ingredients. Otherwise next year I'll just give the school cash donations. I'll update my review once I receive the shortbread, hopefully I don't have to throw these out as well.

This company changed their chocolate chip cookie recipe over the years for the worse. It no longer taste the same. They used to be the best but not anymore. Now they are very generic tasting like all the other chocolate chip cookies out there everywhere. They lowered the quality ingredients to reduce cost just like all the other companies do. Now taste like crap. Thinking nobody would notice but we do. So disappointed.

Best cookies you will ever buy!

I ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough from my kids school and it was the best, they are delicious, soft and tasty, will buy again and get more different ones to make at home!!

I used to love these cookies back in elementary! Wish secondary schools also bought these but unfortunately not.

Location is a bit far for me, so hope they expand sometime in the future!

I’ve never ordered from this place however my old schools (K-5) (6-8 school did order some cookies here!!! They were so good where year after year it became my favourite school cookie company! :D
