Love the place. Good food, well priced drinks and darts/snooker to spend your time. Just get there before 9pm on Fridays coz that’s when the DJ comes in and it gets incredibly loud. I mean, if singing and dancing to Jay-Z is your idea of spending a Friday night at a bar in Georgetown, cool, but most people want to talk and not have their ears ringing. Shout out to the waiter, you’re awesome.

Came here for dinner with my family on Saturday April 5, 2025 I ordered 1 pound of breaded suicide wings they were not hot out of the fryer luke warm at best the suicide sauce was less spicy then the 3rd degree terrible my one daughter got popcorn chicken it was flavourless and gave a chicken ball vibe because of the batter they used for breading my other daughter ordered chicken strips they were not great either fries were not hot for either meal and my wife ordered potato skins which had barely any flavour because they literally cut a potato in half and put the toppings ontop no flavour your suppose to scoop out most of the potato then put the toppings on also our booth was broken and felt like the backrest was moving and the seat itself was leaning forward it felt very uncomfortable. Terrible experience for $80 will be never returning here. Very very disssapointing. I would recommend employing a new chef and kitchen staff because currently they dont know what their doing!

Spent my night here with a few friends and enjoyed the half price wings with some drinks. This was my first time here and this place is amazing!!! Great food, great atmosphere, and our server Jess was amazing!!!! I’ll definitely be going back!

Had a great time here! The food was really tasty, and the service was awesome – the staff were super friendly. The patio area was nice, but it felt a bit quiet. It would be way better with some background music to create a more relaxed vibe. Other than that, definitely a solid spot to hang out and grab a bite. I’ll be back!

BEYOND DISGUSTED to say the least … I had money stolen here last night after 1:45am (they close at 2a.m)
I had forgotten my purse on top of the bar when i had left and was not notified that they had it until 10:26am this morning by an employee that told me she found it underneath the bar and was told nothing about it so she took it upon herself to find my information and thankfully was able to contact me.
When i arrived at the pub to pick up my purse all my money was gone ($300) this put me in a state of panic and obviously i am upset. I then asked her to call the owner to look at the cameras because where i was sitting the whole time and where the purse was the whole time was right infront of a camera !
I was told he wouldn’t be in until later & his wife in the back didn’t know how to do it.
I then swapped contact infortmation with the employee and she updated me when he arrived (5:55pm) and she asked him again and i haven’t been able to reach him and he’s failed to reach out to me. I tried to follow up with a phone call and when i asked to speak to him the employee on the phone told me he wasn’t there, when i told her other wise she said “oh hold on” and puts the phone down for 5 minutes then comes back on and asks who it is and when i told her she told me i have to wait for him to call me back because she’s busy and hung up the phone … at this point it’s 7:30pm….. i tried calling back after 8:30 and they now won’t answer my calls.
I feel like this situation is being avoided and the owner is unprofessional as to how rectify a situation.
i am a single hard working mother of a toddler ..i am now out $300 towards my sons christmas … Thanks a ton barber towne pub !
Like almost every review yes the wings are amazing! But that’s all I can say nice about this place. You use the bathrooms and there’s always someone in there doing drugs. You get there on a Saturday night and it’s just drug infested inside and outside. People are always standing outside yelling at each other as well. Like I said the wings are amazing! I just hope they can find a way to clean up the regulars and get more families in there. Because it could be a really nice place to be, just need to clean up the trashy people. However the stuff is very friendly.
