Can you keep a secret? Best meal I have had from any restaurant in many years. Cozy atmosphere, great presentation, fantastic service, and the food was exceptional. This past week six of us celebrated my nieces 30th birthday. Everyone commented on the taste and quality of their meals and how enjoyable the experience was.The new chef has upped the level of taste for the restaurant as every was dish prepared, presented and served with care and would surpass most high end restaurants.We will definitely return. Thankyou “The Cellar” for the great memories.

Arrived for reservation at 7 pm. Finally got food at 815 pm. Server was nice and polite. Kitchen slow.Food was not edible. Steak was shoe leather and not seasoning Fries soggy. Raviloi was swimming in some liquid. Ceasar salad was bitter. We didnt pay for mains as they were sent back. Horrible experience.

Just went to the cellar for a girls night dinner. We ordered many apps and all of them were fantastic. The mushroom app, the Brie and fish cake omg sooo good we also did the pre fix menu. My steak was cooked perfectly and my mashed potato was exquisite! like I’ve made some mean mashed potatoes but not like this.. the way it’s made is perfection. I had the most original cheesecake for dessert (baklava) and it really was outstanding. Super impressed and I’mUsually the biggest critique of places. I have nothing bad to say! the girls and I had a lovely time and enjoyed the food so much. Staff was welcoming and pleasant. Prices are so fair cant wait to come again.

5 of us had dinner at The Cellar in Georgetown on Friday February 3rd. A very unique place with good atmosphere. We were greeted by a nice young lady who offered to hang up our coats and were shown to our table. It was our first visit. Everyone enjoyed the food and drinks. Allison, our server was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. We will return and also reccomend this place to our friends, including my son in law who is an executive chef......Mike B.

Went for dinner. Had to wait for 45 min between appetiser and main course . Food came out cold. Food was ok but not worth the price we paid. Keg would of been a better food and better value in my opinion .

I went there this past weekend with my Georgetown Honda co workers and want to report that the food and atmosphere was excellent. I had the salmon with Pistachio etc with potatoes and green beans and it was the best salmon dinner I've had in town. It's also nice to see that the restaurant is now owned and operated by a great local family that's been in the restaurant business for a life time. I will be back.

Just celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at the Cellar and the food was amazing. The steak was to die for, so tender and flavourful! We also had the Harvester Salad and the Agnolotti which were just as delicious as the steak! The ambience is warm and cozy.Chef Dallas and hostess Melissa were very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend this gem of a culinary delight in Georgetown!

Overall disappointing and not worth the price.Steak sauce was way too salty and accompanying vegetables were pathetic. Gnocchi was served in a tomato sauce mixed with bitter vegetables that completely overpowered the subtle taste of the Gnocchi. The 'Caesar' salad had radicchio and kale in it making it so bitter - don't call it a Caesar salad if it's not. The 'chef' clearly needs some training on how to combine foods and their flavors.The atmosphere - the heating vents along the ceiling were covered in a thick layer of dust which may be an indication of cleanliness elsewhere.The only good thing about eating here was the service.

Just went in today with my husband for our anniversary. Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food and incredible service- when they found out it was our anniversary, brought us a cheesecake on the house. We have been trying to stay local and support businesses in Georgetown- we are so glad we do - this helps incredible places like the Cellar continue to exist. Highly recommend!
