I visited this Tim Hortons today as a volunteer doctor and witnessed one of the best examples of customer service I’ve ever seen. A lady came in and started arguing about butter and cream cheese. She was clearly in the wrong but was extremely rude to the girl working at the counter even threatening to leave a bad review and get her fired.Despite the negativity, the staff member handled the situation with incredible patience and grace. She stayed calm, kind, and respectful throughout it all. It was genuinely impressive to watch.Later, I ordered food, and she made it so well it was absolutely delicious. That was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.Kudos to her for representing Tim Hortons with such a positive attitude. People like her make the experience better for everyone! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Staff can't identify cream cheese from better.i asked her to chow me the cream cheese container she showed me better and tried to prove me wrong. Another customer told her it's not a cheese cream.Till finally agreed to change it for me.

I paid with credit here, and she typed it into the machine, and I watched her tip herself 15% and then leave the machine sideways so “I couldn’t see” and then I was in shock and didn’t know what to do, so I just paid it. I don’t think this is ethical, especially in a hospital where people are already vulnerable. Like come on lady, I just broke my arm, I’m sorry but I shouldn’t be forced to tip you.
The guy in cap had great customer service. I got a chipotle chicken panini and it was the best i’ve ever had. He was so sweet and took his time making it!! I recommend
