I recently started frequenting this location to get some work done while enjoying some delicious coffee. I recently met Megan (GM) and her team - she runs an exceptional business! I was present during the most recent Steritech audit, and as a fellow restaurant guy, it was great to see the entire team hustling and preparing for the audit! I also met Cathy today and had a brief chat while she was sweeping and mopping the dining room prior to the lunch rush. Cathy was an absolute pleasure to chat with!

The Indian staff is cheating. I asked if there were any veggies, she said no after checking, but a second later another girl was picking up veggies for another customer, and there were enough for ten servings.

tried again and disappointed again. not sure why they cant figure out how to toast a bagel. always a bit brown on the outside and cold on the inside.
Not sure what possessed me to try them today but what a mistake. There was five girls standing at the drive-thru window only one person serving and I stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for somebody to take my order. The two people behind me gave up. I gave it another two minutes or so and then I gave up and left as well. What a waste of time
typical Tims I like the usb outlets when they work. I was there and none worked service is hit and miss - sometimes you wait a long time in line and other times they are pretty quick good free wifi clean and well maintained lots of parking
Went today and everything was awful Took 10 minutes to serve me even though the place was empty Ordered an ice cap and it was barely mixed so I tossed it
