326 Guelph Street Tim Hortons is very friendly and helpful. I ordered a dozen of the CANADIAN MAPLE doughnuts (my absolutefavorite), and they were ready, waiting, and delicious.
Just beautiful.

I stood in line for a very long time, staff members not even acknowledging me at all, I was the only one in line. I finally went up to a staff member behind the counter, and asked politely if I could get a coffee. They told me they were busy now and to get back in line. When I went to get back in line, several new customers were now having their order taken by another staff member before me. Other customers had to tell me to go ahead of them because they could see I was there first, unlike the staff. Overall the staff was rude and uncaring to me, and I was left with coffee that was not at all worth my time.

I always get greeted with a smile at this Tim Hortons. The coffee hits the spot, the baked goods are fresh, and the staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. A solid pick for a coffee run or a quick snack
So slow
It was a Tim's nothing special. I used the urinal and there is a hole in the wall when you are standing at the urinal that has air coming out if it directly in your face. Hey Tim's, fix the whole in your wall!!!! I think you have enough money to do it.

One thing that makes this Tim hortons one of the best is how the staff treat their customers with warmth and pleasure. This location has an excellent customer service and is well maintained as far as the hygiene is concerned. The atmosphere is really nice. Worth mentioning staff member Suman.

Customer service was very poor I went today I ordered the 2 coffee on the drive thru I just said plz give us fresh coffee she was shouting suddenly all coffee come in the machine we didn’t make fresh coffee this is not fair customer have a rights to tell them plz make fresh coffee bcoz sometimes they selling old one taste not good then 2 girls talk about it and laughed I feel this is very disrespectful plz humble request to the manager plz send them training again they should learn how to treat the customers otherwise stay home don’t come here

This place has a great environment to enjoy a cup of coffee with our dear ones. I always loved this place and their employees are so hardworking and gorgeous at the side of customer service too..so polite..always smile😊

Had a bad experience at this Tim Hortons. The lady taking our order (an older Indian woman) was very rude and didn’t listen properly. She chose items on her own instead of letting us finish the order. In the end, one item was missing, and she acted like she didn’t understand. Very poor service.

I recently had a problem with 2 orders, they had someone on training working in the drive-thru. Both orders were entered incorrectly on their end costing us an extra $9. I usually don’t go inside when errors are under a couple dollars but $9 is a whole meal lol. I spoke with their Manager Suman and she was amazing!! Both receipts were printed, and she promptly apologized and corrected everything. Within minutes, the 2 refunds were issued and both orders were billed correctly. In the past I’ve received attitude from managers regarding such challenges being brought to their attention but not with Suman! She was very polite, well educated in the timhortons systems being able to bring things up to handle the two errors promptly. I wasn’t upset at all as I totally realize people in training aren’t always hired with perfect knowledge of the systems, especially at a fast paced drive thru. I come here regularly and must say that Suman was very kind and helpful in resolving and rectifying the minor, $9 challenge. Good choice on Tim’s fo hiring Suman as a Manager! She absolutely knows how to treat her customers in a friendly and timely manner.
