Long time in drive thru. Need to add more workers at busy times

Beware of drive thru service! I normally get wonderful service in the morning inside, but whenever I go through the drive thru (when it’s empty) in the morning my French Vanilla is always half full. If you go in they’ll take the time to press the button a couple more times to fill it but be careful going through the drive thru.

I've tried giving it the benefit of the doubt, the first time. Ordered a black coffee with and espresso shot. Received a double double. Went right back and told them the mistake the did. Was given a new coffee and I took off again, turns out they shorted me 1/4 of coffee.

This morning was the nail in coffin for me. Ordered another black coffee with an espresso shot, and I received my actual order. However' i asked for an extra cup because the sleeves are absolutely horrible n dont insulate anything. Lady at window told me id have to be charged for the extra cup, even before I was able to communicate with the window the lady said sorry n closed the window on me. I feel absolutely disgusted how bad service has gotten.

If I ask for a cup of water at any other restaurant, they give a cup for the water free of charge. What is the difference when I ask for a cup to help insulate the current HOT coffee I have.

As a Georgetown resident, I really enjoy the service from Amrit. She served my coffee in such a gentle and caring way, and her warm greetings always make the experience better. Small things like this make a big difference truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism!

Been to this place twice and they never tell you if your points get scanned or not yet. I scanned my phone each time for points but both visits I did not get points. I guess broken scanner or system.

I want to share my positive experience with Amrit, a hardworking young woman at Tim Hortons in Georgetown. We usually visit this location late at night around 11 PM. Recently, we placed an online order for a chicken wrap, but when we arrived, Amrit politely informed us that wraps were unfortunately out of stock. She explained that processing a refund for online orders is a bit tricky, and she needed to contact her seniors for approval.

Despite her best efforts, no one from management answered her calls, which I think is not fair for employees working the late shift. Seniors should always respond to their staff, especially when they are facing customer issues.

Amrit stayed calm and polite the whole time, clearly doing her best to help. We decided to cooperate and choose something else from the menu. She prepared our food with care and a smile, which made the whole situation much better.

I believe customers should understand and support hardworking staff like Amrit. Also, Tim Hortons should improve their app to remove out-of-stock items in real time and make online order cancellations easier. This would prevent these situations and make things smoother for both customers and employees.
