I spoke to the manager today. There’s an issue with your hot chocolate machine. This is the 3rd time I’m ordering hot chocolate in this location and the taste is off! Please fix up
Teenagers all the time filling the place, no respect from the teens and the staff don't care about how the teenagers affect the atmosphere, bathrooms always have food containers, drink cups, and garbage from teens hanging out and leaving their garbage in the stalls, staff seem to care more about getting people in and out then maintaining the environment, never any toilet paper in the bathrooms, you can't even hear yourself think because of the amount of teenagers yelling...
I ordered inside the restaurant this morning, 2 farmers wraps for 7.00, and a free coffee that I won with roll up before. I activated the offers, and before order, I showed my phone to the cashier. She added in her computer, and at pay time, I showed my phone to scan the barcode. My barcode has activated scan& pay. I noticed they charged me 11.28 as a regular price, and I asked the cashier why? If I activated the offers and she told me because it has scan&pay active....
