Old Lady with blue eyes working with mobile order was utterly rude for no reason. I went there around 11 in the morning of 12th November as i ordered plain croissants through mobile order. I understand sometimes things get run out of but there’s a way to respond, you cannot slam ‘ i don’t have croissants’ with aggressive expressions making customer uncomfortable. I had to storm off without getting my refund which i don’t even want because i do not want to start my day with this. I respect old people but, if you are working at a place, have some courtesy to be respectful at least. Letting you know, i am a regular customer but will be hesitant to come next time with this type of unnecessary absurd treatment. Hope you guys fix the problem underneath this, maybe why the employees are mean and careless towards their job and customers.

This place is an utter disaster!!!!!!! Placed the order and took them 46 mins to get a pizza and a sandwich ready
I ordered ahead of time to ensure that it would be ready.
Ordered at 2:10 and the order isn’t ready at 2:46.
First they said they didn’t get the order then they said the pizza is in the oven. This is fast food cause we want things fast had to leave everything behind cause we needed to get to a game!!
This isn’t the first time this place has has made me late.
