Seems like a 50/50 chance of getting the right items in your order when you go through the drive-thru. We’ve received wrong items multiple times this week alone. Today I ordered two everything bagels, toasted with cream cheese - when I got to work, I opened the bag to find 3 everything bagels, not toasted, no cream cheese, not even cut. The worker literally just grabbed 3 everything bagels and put them in a bag 😂. Thank you for inspiring me to save money and prepare bagels and coffee at home going forward. I will no longer be buying anything from Tim Hortons ever again.

Ordered a Bagel Belt combo with Bacon Sunday around 9:30am and I got this instead. Not the first time this has happened.

This restaurant has really gone downhill since it's been sold. Staff doesn't understand when you're at the drive-thru. For example, today I ordered a sausage and egg on a McMuffin and I got charged for a double decker. I don't even know what that is. Because of this my total was supposed to be $7 plus tax and they were asking me for almost $12.

Every time I go to this Tim Hortons I have an unpleasant experience through the drive through. As soon as I start speaking an employee will respond with “is that all” repeatedly after every item I order. This needs to be fixed, let the people order and let YOU know when their order is done.

One of the worst TH locations. The service is more than horrible, extremely slow and many items are always unavailable. The staff attitude is always bad, rude, unprofessional and they are super slow . This location is not providing any good service to the area.
Many poor reviews for this location and the owner is responding the same way asking to contact them but obviously nothing is improving.

Horrible experience. One register was open for cash and drinks only, while other was open for everything else. Two employees were just standing around doing nothing but asking who is paying for cash (which was basically no one) while the guy was taking and filling orders and the line was getting longer and longer. When they were asked why they can't help, one giggled and just shrugged and did nothing but continued to just stand there. Horrible experience... On our way out, the line was through the door.

Orders are consistently wrong, if you want a chance at the order being correct you have to spell it out. Prices will jump $1-2 when you get to the drive in window. Food quality is bad even for Tim Hortons and the tables and seats are always dirty.
