Hands down the best around. The service is unbeatable — every visit feels like they genuinely care. The team is fast, friendly and they seem to have a lot of fun working together. Everyone looks like they genuinely enjoy their job — which is rare these days.
I have to specifically call out Candace, who is always in a positive mood and seems to command the respect of those that work with her. She is a real gem.
The owners used to also own the franchise in Erin. Ever since they sold that location, it has gone downhill. I don't know what they do differently, but head office should use the Hwy 7 location as the gold standard.

I recently tried the iced protein latte from this particular Tim Hortons branch, and I was really disappointed. For $4.50, I expected a good balance of coffee and protein. Unfortunately, it was mostly ice—about 70-80%! I barely got any actual drink, and it felt like I was just paying for ice. I’ve bought this drink almost every day from other locations like Brampton and Mississauga, and they usually have a good amount of drink. But at this branch, it was just ice. I even struggled to insert a straw because the ice was packed so tightly! I’ll be adding some pictures as well. Hopefully, they can improve the portion next time.

Honestly I don't know what it is about this location but every other Tim Hortons need to follow suit. They always have the best freshest doughnuts that are properly dipped that I could only imagine is what Tim Hortons should taste and look like, plus they have the best tasting coffee. Could be the time I go around 4pm-5pm but hats off to that team and owner.
