Please check the calibration of your coffee machines. The coffee I was served today was extremely burning hot and resulted in my coffee also tasting burnt.

Most staff are great. The one flaky blonde who calls everyone Hun is a bit annoying, but always a friendly atmosphere from everyone else.Make sure to check your food before leaving the drive through. I have to go in almost every single time to get the correct food.And since when did they stop cutting bagels?!?AND... PLEASE!!! For the love of God, spread the cream cheese around the bagel.... Dont just fill the hole up and smash it down! Not everyone enjoys one big mouth full of cheese, some of us like it evenly distributed across the bagel.

2 days in row that IHave gotten the wrong items, sat drive thru early ordered 2 breakfast combos, no good muffins coffee was right got out on HWy and only 1 sandwich and hash brown was under cooked .. Today ordered 3 breakfast combos , 1sausage 1 bacon and 1 sausage wrap .. no bacon .. think it’s my last time going thru ..

Just left the drive thru. The male employee accidently charged us for an additional iced cap and a female emoloyee demanded him do the refund and told him that "he was no use to her". This is off putting that someone would speak to another person like this. Do better and treat your employees respectfully. Everyone makes mistakes.

This store repeatedly burns my bagel to a point it isn’t edible. If it isn’t right throw it out, turn down the heat, and make a proper bagel. No one enjoys a black bagel.

Very disappointed this morning. I ordered 2 sides of bacon for my dog. I got a greasy wrapper with 4 pieces of bacon, the wrapper was so greasy that it left a mark on my seat. I usually get 6 to 8 in a soup bowl. I ordered a large regular with extra caramel and dont even know what I got. I don't taste the caramel and it is not sweet at all. Not the nice start to my day that I was looking for. What a waste of money. I cant even drink the coffee.
