Tapioca is good but honestly can you please introduce soy milk, coconut milk or oat milk as a dairy alternative. Additionally, would appreciate a Tofu Banh Mi like how they have it everywhere else - including in Viet Nam! Please reply if you are considering adding vegetarian/vegan alternatives to keep up with the demand.

My main squeeze loves this place and it's one of the main choices in the area.
The pho is so good here and the service as well. We sat down for a hot lunch of the brisket pho and even got served complimentary tea. Will be back to try the Banh mi next

They have a vegan option for each section on the menu ! Can’t believable! The taro bubble tea ca be made with oat milk. 30% sugar is perfect. There aren’t that many seats but there is one table with 6 seats which may be possible to push next to another table to make space for 10. There is space to eat outside when the weather is nice. I liked how the dish was not mostly noodles !!!! It had so much mushroom carrots and lettuce
Vegetarian options: There are 4 or 5 vegan dishes so vegetarians can have those too

I've never been to a pho place that didn't give a side plate of garnishes. The broth here is fabulous, however I would have never put so many bean sprouts in here had I had the chance to not put them in . The basil would have been ripped and broken up to release the flavour in the broth. I guess I'll have to start asking in the future. The gal who served me was lovely.
