The rotating flavours of focaccia is something fun we look forward to. The kimchi focaccia specifically has us in a chokehold. They top their pillowy focaccia with kimchi, gochujang, cheese curds, red onion, and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds. Stopped in on a whim when I was picking up beers next door. Very glad I did! Unfortunately I wasn't able to buy more, picked up a couple cookies and a breakfast muffin thing. Cookies were good, breakfast egg/cheese/bacon thing was tasty!
