The food here is usually really good but this time the French onion soup was very salty and the mac and cheese was bland. The service was great however so we did enjoy our lunch.

Super bad food
The manager was verbally abusive towards the hostess because of a seating mistake. This happened right in front of my business guests. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. The hostess was visibly shaken. This was appalling. I will not be returning.

Ordered nachos which we enjoyed in the past. However, this time around, you can tell that they are reducing the quality and quantity of they food they serve... We were lucky if there was 2 tablespoons of cheese on our nachos. We asked fo4 beef nachos and they took a hamburger patty, chopped it up, and plunked it on top - no seasoning on the meat and i was barely warm. It was actually insulting to be expected to pay for such a poor quality and poorly made dish. We won't be back.

I just had my Christmas get-together from work at Big Rig Kitchen. I'm glad to say that we had a great service. The food delicious and fresh. The waiter assigned was warmth, attentive and fast. We were a group of ten. He really did a great job, I booked it in advance and everything was ready for us. Kudos to all the team! Amazing service. Highly recommend it.

The food and atmosphere was fine. This older, female waitress was incredibly rude to my compatriots. She was rude from the get go, and basically tried to rush us out from the beginning.

It was my first time at BR. The place is pretty nice and can accommodate large groups, which was exactly what we needed. The service was great, the vibe what you'd expect and the beer, decent. The food was a big miss in my opinion.

We were part of a party of 4. 3 meals (2×pizza and 1 salmon) were very good but the 4th (Budda Bowl with tofu) meal was not the best. My wife asked for the Tofu to be well cooked, and to have the dressing on the side. It was tasteless as it wasn't cooked in the advertised BBQ Korean sauce. Two weeks prior we ate at the Iris location and her dish (the same) was excellent, so needless to say she was disappointed.
