Sharon went above and beyond to help us cheer on the Canadian National Women’s Rugby team with our teammates and neighbours. Have tables set aside, the MASSIVE screen and projector set up with exceptional volume - priceless. Memories were made- what an awesome spot. Kids menu too!! We can’t wait to book/plan our next gathering! Thank you

Normally i enjoy eating here but on Friday Jul 11 at around 5:40pm we sat on the outdoor patio and waited a half hour to get a beer and menu's. The waitress did not return for 45 minutes. The other waitress that was doing the other half of the patio just said she would ask her to come out and get our order. Finally she showed up and took our order. About 10 to 15 for food to return. Food was good but waitress never returned. We waved at her and asked to pay. She said she would return. She returned to two other tables and they paid and then she disappeared again. My wife finally
went inside and she was working bar. Even then it was difficult to get bill. This waitress was focused on something but not patrons. It took over 2 hours to grab some fish and chips. I will not be returning there again after this total mistreatment.

I visit Ottawa often and love to try random pubs, especially ones that provide live music. While waiting to order dinner, we placed a drink order and our server was preparing them efficiently when the manager Shannon very loudly started criticizing her to and berated her for minuscule things. It was uncalled for and unnecessary to make such a scene including customers. Shannon was rude to everyone with an attitude that was not customer, staff friendly or positive. Do better in managing if your working Customer Service.
