We had bad experience from this restaurant. I have no idea why this lady waitress was so rude to us and sound so angry with us to served us tonight. Not recommended to everyone! Bad services!!

We enjoy coming here for family dinners. It’s a great place to have authentic Chinese dishes! One of our favourite dishes to get is their canton lobster w/ green onion & ginger dish and their king mushroom w/ snow pea leaves dish. The space don’t really big so it does get a little tight during busier hours, so definitely reserve ahead of time.

Unfairly Charged: They made $20 but they lost customers

It looks like I’m not he only (former) customer to have issues with the attitude.

I ordered online. The website said it would take 40 minutes. I subsequently realized I accidentally ordered two of the same dish and called them almost 20 minutes before pickup time, and told them I only wanted one order.

When I went to pick up, the manager told me that I didn’t call early enough to change the order and that the General Tao was already made. That theoretically means they cooked the dish 20 minutes before I arrived for the pickup, 20 minutes before their website said the food would be ready.

I’d eaten here enough times that they know me.

They got their extra $20 but they lost my family and our friends as customers.

OWNERS: This is what happens when you're inflexible.If you think it’s worth it to have poor business practices at the expense of clients, you’re mistaken.

We always order the same items and somehow the price is always different every single time. The price over the phone somehow costs more than ordering online. Decided not to order from this restaurant again due to the unfair pricing. However, the food is above average.

Cantonese style food restaurant located in a plaza in suburban Riverside South. Nicely decorated interior.

Horrible service, very rude and ignorant. Called in for a pick up order and they told me an hour for one combo plate! Tried to ask them why such a long wait and the lady on the phone told me “doesn’t matter, I am busy.” Just moved in the area and thought I’d give this place a try. Would give no stars if it was possible 👎🏽

I was a little nervous about the order process being contactless but the food was ready in time (I picked it up) and we were pleasantly surprised about the quality. We order many dishes for 6 people and everyone enjoyed it.

I personally did not care for the garlic spare ribs (but then I think garlic spare ribs are generally terrible anyways).

I liked the crispy beef which had the sauce on the side (much better than soaked in sauce and the flavour was great)

Although food everywhere has gotten pricey since COVID, I found the size of the dishes were generous.

Visiting Ottawa on the Canada Labour Day long weekend. At the recommendation of my friend who had lunch here before, me and my family visited the restaurant for dinner.
The restaurant is not very big but it is quite neat and decent. We were friendly greeted to sit down on a round table. The menu showed a large variety of foods and we just ordered our favored foods.
The portion of foods are generous and we did not worry about not enough to share among us. The look and tastes of food are super nice, we found the quality of food is also as good as some big restaurants. We had tofu for dessert, it is very smooth, silky and tasty. Overall it is an above average experience. Will recommend my friends to visit.

We tried a couple of the combo plates. Portions were very generous. The beef and broccoli and the chicken chop Suey in particular were delicious. Service was attentive and friendly. There was a white noise machine for ambient sound.

Took over from Hing Sing. Quality, service and taste have gone seriously downhill. Tasteless Hot & Sour soup had lots of tofu and little else. Singapore Noodles were passable only because I asked for extra spicy. Meat dish was awful.

Crowning achievement was no Fortune Cookie.

Will not go back.
