Amazing experience, food, and chef! I booked a private pasta-making class with a few friends for a birthday, and we had such a fantastic time. Cristian went above and beyond—he not only taught us pasta but also shared so many valuable cooking skills and tips along the way. You’re getting the real deal with Cristian, who is originally from Rome, Italy.
From dough preparation, to shaping (he demonstrated several), to filling and cooking, we got a complete hands-on overview of how to make pasta from start to finish. We even got to enjoy freshly made pizza during the class! At the end of the evening, Cristian had a beautiful table set up for us to sit down and enjoy everything we had prepared.
The food was absolutely delicious—some of the best gnocchi and a truly unique cream sauce I’ve ever had. Cristian is also incredibly friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend booking a private cooking class or dinner—you will not be disappointed. I’ll definitely be using his business again in the future!

Chef Christian is an excellent chef. All of his cuisine is brilliant. Recently tried his porchetta which is the best I have ever tasted. Service is always impeccable.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully presented and creative Valentines Day meal. It was delicious and complex, with ample portions and five courses, making for a relaxing and memorable evening. It was simple to heat up with the provided instructions. Great value and highly recommended!

Absolutely delicious. We already loved the pizza and yesterday had the Valentine’s take home meal. Everything was amazing - the cannelloni and beef cheek melted in your mouth. Cibus is one of our new favourites!

It was really convenient and quick to warm up and serve to our guests. Most importantly - the pizzas were delicious!
