We visited right before midnight with my nieces. We got our favorite ice cream and some fries. I wish they had S’mores and Pumpkin Pie ice cream year-round, but I understand that’s seasonal. I love DQ mainly for those flavors! Happy they offer the smallest cups—just enough to satisfy a craving. The staff were friendly, though I had to repeat my orders a few times, but they got it right in the end. Hygiene could use some attention, but I still love DQ.

What happened to Dairy Queen. It’s blown my mind. You can Not ask for two cookie option in your blizzard. I have always done this for decades. They claim that it’s a rule from management. At least one good thing with this review the management can see that there staff are following this dumb policy sad
We completed a survey to get a free item. But the lady didn’t give it to us. She was very rude and told us it’s not her responsibility.

Service was solid! Tried a Blizzard for the first time and it was awesome. The staff walked me through the different options and gave me some good recos—even pointed out which one’s not the greatest at their store. Respect for the honesty!

The slush was awful. I tried the Leom and the Strawberry, both were equally bad! Too sweet and the flavor was like soap

The washrooms were very unclean.
The cheeseburger was cold.
The fries were too salty.
I recommend they make ice cream when the food in the kitchen is ready for the customer, because the ice cream was melted by the time we received the food and ate.
