Paper Salesman 473 ml (5.6%25 ABV)
Juicy, soft and hazy, this APA is loaded with peach, mango and passionfruit hop flavour. Let this beer be your reward for an honest day's work.
In The Key Of C 355 ml (5.0%25 ABV)
In The Key Of C is bursting with fragrant florals, stone fruit and citrus aromatics. It's soft and round with a delicate bitterness that makes this hazy IPA dangerously crushable. Brewed with locally grown Cascade, Chinook and Comet hops from Hayhoe Hops; a family-owned farm in Elgin County, ON near the north shore of Lake Erie.
Needless Luxury TIPA 473 ml (10%25 ABV)
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at BarLupulus, this beer was showered with our favourite North American and Southern Hemisphere hops in a bid to lavish your palate with an effusive juicy medley of lupuline profligacy. Notes of lychee, sweet orange, fresh crushed gooseberries, peach, and a sprinkling of pine resin.
Sunsplit IPA 473 ml (6.5%25 ABV)
This beer features massive tropical hop flavour, balanced bitterness, expressive yeast character and rich malt body. Sunsplit was brewed with loads of oats, intemperate hopping rates and features a deliberately hazy pour. Keep cold and enjoy fresh.
Alpha Flight 473ml (6.5%25 ABV)
Brewed in collaboration with Blood Brothers Brewing for Over the Tap Fest. This multi oat/wheat India Pale Ale was brewed with Idaho 7™ and dry-hopped with our 2023 harvest hand-selected Mosaic®, Québec-grown El Dorado® and Cryo Pop®. Two Flags 473 ml (7%25 ABV)
Two Flags is an assertively hoppy, deliberately well-balanced and highly drinkable IPA. Brewed with locally-grown Cascade and Chinook hops from Hayhoe Hops in Aylmer, Ontario.
Flying V IPA 355 ml (7%25 ABV)
Inspired by the timeless tradition of the ODR and the rich legacy of the Mighty Ducks, Flying V is brewed with loads of oats and heavily hopped with some of our favourites. This batch is hopped with Nelson Sauvin™, Hayhoe Hops Chinook, Mosaic® Cryo & El Dorado® Québécois. We taste a passionfruit, strawberry gelato and tangerine forward beer with some tropical fruit candy and citrus character.

Easy Drinking
Town & Country 473 ml (5.5%25 ABV)
"Cold gold!" In a nod to Canada's great brewing tradition, we brewed a refreshing, easy-drinking blonde ale that's perfect for any occasion. Like its namesake, Town & Country is about contrast; combining soft malty sweetness with a mild and citrusy hop crispness.
Borrowed Ideas 355ml (4.0%25 ABV)
Borrowed Ideas is an evolving concept inspired by the light, balanced and delicious beers we love. Brewed with modern/fruity Southern Hemisphere hops, in conjunction with classic European hops, this batch is hopped with NZ Hops Motueka, Czech Saaz and Kazbek. This is a dry, yet fluffy pale ale. Displaying notes of lime zest, kumquat, and fresh white peach.
Lossless Extra Hopped Pils 355 ml (4.8%25 ABV)
We brewed this hoppy lager with European pilsner malt, hopped with sacks of Hallertau Tradition, Saphir, and Mandarina Bavaria and fermented it cold and slow. It has a zippy bitterness and a dry finish with floral aromatics and notes of tangerine & citrus.
Blank Slate Yuzu Lager 355ml (5%25 ABV)
Pours clear as day, bone dry and intensely aromatic with notes of honeysuckle and bergamot.
Civic Pilsner 355 ml (4.5%25 ABV)
Civic Pilsner is our nod to simplicity. Inspired by our favourite German pilsners, this hop accented lager is crisp, dry and refreshing. Lagered low and slow in a horizontal tank. Naturally carbonated, unfiltered and unfined.

Saison
Wilderness Gothic Vidal 2020 750 ml (7.0%25 ABV)
This is the second iteration of the Wilderness Gothic series of barrel-fermented beers featuring locally-sourced grape juice supplied by our friends and partners, Vicki Samaras and Jonas Newman at Hinterland Wine in Hillier, ON. We added fresh Vidal juice from Hinterland Winery in Prince Edward County to a barrel-fermented Saison to produce a straw-coloured, dry and richly complex Saison with subtle acidity and notes of honey, white grape, pithy grapefruit and lemon.

Between Two Evils 2022 355 ml (10%25 ABV)
Stout aged for 1 year in Bourbon Barrels Notes of bourbon, vanilla and baking spices are followed by intense espresso and chocolate. As your pour warms, you can expect notes of figgy pudding and caramelized plum jam. As the nights grow long, the air cold and the company more prized, Between Two Evils is a warming and decadent invitation to contemplate, reflect and savour.

Dark Beer
Lost Train Oatmeal Stout (5.6%25 ABV)
Named for Ottawa's fabled beer train, rumoured to be buried somewhere beneath Lebreton Flats at the former site of Bradings Brewery, Lost Train is full-bodied with notes of rich chocolate, roasted coffee and dark grains. Deliciously smooth.
Bonspiel 355 ml (5.0%25 ABV)
Bonspiel is a malty brown lager, firmly hopped for a refreshing bitterness and a citrusy flavour. Perfect for cool Winter days and a celebration of the seasons' change. Smooth as freshly swept curling ice and perfect for rinks raising a glass after battling an extra end.

One of the best, if not the best, craft breweries in Ottawa. Whatever style you like, Dominion likely has it. IPAs are a strength (Sunsplit is a cloudy classic widely available in local establishments that care about beer). They make non-alcoholic selzers too. Thursdays through the weekend (and sometimes other days), there’s usually food brought in from local suppliers. Considering the industrial location, the tree house, beer garden, and taproom are very pleasant.

Ottawa’s Amazing City Seltzer beverages.. I love all the flavours , just the right amount of carbonation(bubbles) tastes great , easy to chug and extremely refreshing.. The new Tee Time is delicious … I have them all and keep them stocked in my beverage fridge. Our Guests love em plus it feels so good to support an Ottawa local … thx

Nice looking brewpub in an out of the way spot with not much ambiance and pretty quiet on a Friday afternoon. The bartender was nice and efficient. I was kinda surprised that the saison I ordered wasn't on draft but served from a bottle. Either way, it was delicious, but maybe a tad expensive. Tax and tip was included in the price however, which is fine by me. They had a lovely beer garden outside that seemed like a little oasis in this industrial hellhole, but it was way...
