as far as customer service, I give it a one star only because I have problems online and I had to call in. not sure whether it’s on purpose because I do not want to take a phone call. It’s been over a year. They can’t hear you. You can’t hear them. It’s frustrating. They hang up on you. It’s a static line. You would think 12 months later you could have a decent phone call.
