Came in today under a reservation for 9, it was for a double birthday. Food and portion sizes were good, Michaela was our server and she was absolutely awesome! She was great with the kids and super quick with everything, really friendly and just overall fantastic!

Was seated immediately in the bar section. Then waited 20 minutes and no one even came by to get our drink orders. Tried to flag down someone but they were all heads down. Got fed up and left after informing hostess about still not being served. Terrible service…well non service. Went to another resto in plaza.

Everything was lovely. 6 y/o bday dinner. I dropped off a ice cream cake mid afternoon. Folks were outstanding. Food was great. Lovely time all around. We will be back for sure!!!!

We just finished our meal tonight. While the service and the food were great, we had to wait for 40 minutes before getting our first plate of pasta.
Apparently only one chef had been scheduled. We don’t blame the kitchen staff at all and our food came out great, but it was incredibly frustrating to know that there was a single person cooking for a busy restaurant. Management can and should do better.
However, just to elaborate on the service:
Our server Aiden was incredibly helpful and an absolutely delight. He explained the situation and easily made our table laugh so hard we forgot about the wait. Aiden has the charisma of an early 2000’s rom-com male lead but the work ethic of the evil fiancé with his thorough dedication to work. He took care of our table very well and the dinner was thoroughly enjoyable because of him.

My son and I have been here a few times now and their service has always been great. My son likes their pizza and I’m a fan of their chicken parm sandwich. The server we had today was very kind with my son who wanted to tell her a bunch of random things and show her what he was colouring. I think her name was Hailey, it made my son very happy.

It was busy, Saturday evening, so we waited for a table but once seated the server (Lisa) was so GREAT that we didn’t even notice it was busy from then on. Great service.

We frequent the Ogilvie Road location. My dad has brought me there since I was a kid and now we go with my son. Scott and Tanya are awesome! The service is outstanding, they treat customers like family and always go above and beyond. My Dad has known them for 20 years and they are truly the reason we keep coming back!
