Good food, price-quality value is worth going to the restaurant. Service is fine but could demonstrate better care to the customers.

Went on NYE for dinner, one adult and two young children. I ordered the Hells Kitchen Chicken and it was served with precooked and overcooked COLD vegetables. The peppers were so overcooked that I couldn't pick them up with a fork. The rest of the dish was hardly warm. Bacon on the Caesar salad was also old and dark. Atmosphere in the restaurant for a New Year's Eve dinner was terrible. The restaurant was practically empty and we were there from 8pm till about 9:30pm. They have a “kids eat for $2 on Tuesdays” deal but the server charges me full price for both kids meals. I asked for a correction, which was done. Server did not refill water or come by to check after food was served. We will not return.

My daughter and husband ordered chicken parmesan with pasta last night. Their general consensus was: “it tastes just like our processed pasta and sauce from the supermarket… The chicken displeased because of the huge amount of oil. For me, I ordered a Caesar salad with salmon. The salmon was visibly very poor quality (the typical low-standard farmed one, plus very pale and tasteless). I was going to invite a group of friends to join us in this restaurant in January, but I am starting to rethink it… Our server, Michael, was very kind and polite, but unfortunately a good restaurant needs much more than pleasing servers. This was very disappointing to us, as we celebrated Mother’s Day this year in this restaurant and we left with a very good impression of this place. Please do not sacrifice quality to reduce costs, if this is what you are trying to do!

Not the first East Side Marios I’ve visited in ON. When Im always there, this restaurant is number one! As always incredible atmosphere, super polite staff and super tasty food! Highly recommend!

Me and three other adults and one kid went there Sunday for lunch we all got sick from food poisoning or contamination of food we called them and they weren't courteous or friendly about it they told us we probably went there sick they did not want to take any blame which we were in perfect health before we went there you think they would have been more courteous and try to offer us a discount on our next meal which will never go back anyways because of this

Went there yesterday my daughters boyfriend had chicken parmesan he had bad diarrhea and vomited that was an hour later ...same as granddaughter then my brother and myself has bad diarrhea..my daughter called and they argued with her saying we have the flu..and that's bull I felt 100% until one hour later

When we got there around 7PM, I thought they wouldn't honour my reservation because there was a very long lineup. I heard the lady at the front desk saying there was a 30/40 minutes wait time. But they did honour it. I waiting 5 minutes max. Waitress was very friendly and even engaged conversation in French. Hats off to her.

Atmosphere was fun. Good family environment. Reasonable prices for a big party. Food was ok, my pasta was very bland, but my soup and bread was stellar.
Our servers Desiree and Olivia did a great job making us feel welcome, and making sure our service was quick, accurate, and friendly. Very impressed with the service. Will come back again.
