We always order from here for our staff meetings, and the food is always prepared quickly and correctly, even thought it's a large order. Staff is always professional and friendly, and we all love the food!

Disappointing Experience Cold and Soggy Subs.
I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent order We spent over $100 on five subs, expecting a quality meal, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.
All five subs arrived cold and soggy. The bread was so wet that it was impossible to pick up the subs without them falling apart. None of us had requested extra sauce, so this issue seems to stem from poor preparation or packaging. I had to eat my sub with a fork and ended up throwing away the bottom half entirely.
This was not the level of quality we anticipated, especially given the cost. We were looking forward to a good meal, but instead, we were left disappointed and frustrated.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into what went wrong with our order. At this time, we do not plan to order from your restaurant again.

There was a young man who worked as a manager o the weekend…who I can only describe as absolutely an abomination, rude, catty , mean, and definitely didn’t care about the actual food he was preparing or his customers satisfaction.
Too bad because the food was actually fantastic and the rest of the staff are amazing.
But this young white guy was absolutely over-the-top disrespectful - lacking any kind of managerial skill.
We will visit firehouse subs, but not this location

I was disappointed with my experience at this location. My sandwich took over 15 minutes to prepare, even though there were several employees at the counter, and when it was ready, it did not include the specific adjustments I had requested and paid for. I brought this to the attention of a staff member, but unfortunately, it was not offered to be corrected or replaced.
I’ve had excellent experiences at other locations in Ottawa, so I hope this was just an unusual hiccup.

Next time i will go to subway, the meatball sub was dry, hardly any sauce, meatballs are good but too big and no options to add veggies or sauces, i had to add my own mayo and ketchup and pepper...very dissappointing.. all the hype only to be let down

First try today. Went for the Firehouse Meatball, size Medium.
Glad I did not go for the Large because that was a pretty big sub already! I dont know if I could have managed the Large.
It beats hands down the offerings by another well known chain, and after seeing the menu; there are more offerings I want to check out. A tad higher prices than others but as it's been said you do get what you pay for.
