I did a big catering order for 28 people and the process and price was great . The service was incredible so accommodating . Everything was labelled and everyone loved their food . Pickle platter was a big hit and I had no idea we were getting that . Would totally order again for a big work party !! Thank you!!

The Boss and I went there for dinner recently. We'd never been to any Firehouse Sub shop before. The place is easy to get to right off Ogilvie Rd. Lots of free parking too.

We went inside and I don't think there were a dozen people in the restaurant including drivers waiting around for mobile delivery orders. The decor pays homage to first responders. As a former first responder, it's a nice touch. There were five or six employees behind...

I ordered a large sub but received a medium sub. The receipt was not provided after the order so not sure what I paid for. The sub was a little bit bigger than an iPhone. Very disappointed
