STAY AWAY!!!!! Ordered on UberEats. Trash food. Not a chicken sandwich. It is 3 chicken fingers between two bad buns. I ordered 2x Bacon cheese chicken sandwiches with sauce, but it came without bacon, cheese, or sauce. It had 2 pickle slices and was scrunched up with the 3 chicken fingers that didn't even fill the bun.

Tried the NASHVILLE CHICKEN SANDWICH with onion rings. While the chicken sandwich was good, I am left questioning if it provided sufficient value for the money. The onion rings were defenitely overpriced. Could have gotten the same for less at Harvey's or Burgerking. Used the 25% off intro coupon and yet it still seemed expensive at $14.82 (including tax)

I agree with the other review this restaurant appears to be unclean. Also the food was just ok. The service too. The prices for the quality of the food is too high. We did not get offered water glasses. When she served us our steak fajita she forgot to give us plates. I had to go and ask for them. The chicken quesadilla and the guacamole was just ok. Bland taste. The best part was the chips and salsa offered at the beginning of meal. A limonade should not cost $4.49, with no refills. Unfortunately we will not go back there.

Was there for a dinner reunion with my University friend from 40 years ago. She was staying at the Holiday Inn next door so that was a perfect place to dine. Also I love the Lone Star and especially that location which is reminiscent of my youth (IP Looney's days). I've been a few times since but last night was so disappointing!!! - First the place appeared to be unclean, not smelling great as we entered. And it was noticeable in the Ladies washroom before we exited. - Second, we had a service that was just all over the place.... Many servers that attended to us but with no server skills... A huge soup spoon to eat our Key Lime pie, our food served with no utensils, our water glass that we asked for was never served, our "main" water was nice but way too familiar with us. All servers were actually. Friendly is nice there are certain bounderies to respect. - We had the Chicken Fahitas for 2 and they were good were very ordinary. The Key Lime Pie was nothing to write about and when I ask for a coffee it was like more than ordinary. We still left a 20% tip simply because we enjoyed our reunion together and we didn't make a big fuss about it and still our main server did his job. However I will not choose to go back there until I hear that it has gotten a lot better in service, quality and upkeep of the place and will discourage anyone to go there. Sorry!

Was fresh , waiter very attentive there was 4 of us dining maybe in 2015. Been back at other locations 2 others really bad experiences with theses 2 last ones. ill say more about those at other locations. Had the same from menue fish tacos .

Guest reception was poor by. Two female employees were at the reception desk. It took forever for them to acknowledge our presence. Never looked us in the eyes, or clearly addressed us. Asked for time estimate before being seated and told - “either now or in about 5 minutes” (look over 15). They were more interested in swiping on their table app and shifting menus around than kindly greeting customers. Once at the table, the service was fine. Food was okay. Not planning to go back

I used to love going to this restaurant but my last visit was quite disappointing. Two of us were there for lunch. My friend ordered steak fajitas and I ordered fish tacos. I requested lettuce wraps versus tortillas. My friend's fajitas were OK however my tacos arrived lukewarm, the lettuce was wilted so I couldn't eat them as tacos but had to use a knife and fork, the "slaw" on them tasted awful. Side orders are included however I ordered a Ceasar salad and they charged me an additional $3 for a salad that would fit in the palm of my hand. I must admit my margarita was very yummy though. Our server was also very good, pleasant and attentive. The washrooms DESPERATELY need to a revamp. They smell absolutely terrible, the ceiling fans/ventilation system are filled with "gunk", they simply look unkept and nasty. I don't believe I'll be going back any time soon.

My husband and I along with another couple went for dinner on a Thursday evening. We all were disappointed in everything from the food to the service. We all ordered a glass of water but only two of us ever received them. I made the mistake of asking for a refill of water when the server asked if we needed anything. I never received it! Three of us ordered alcoholic beverages and one ordered a pop. The alcoholic beverages arrived very quickly, even the frozen marguerita, but the pop was served 20 minutes later! My husband described his fish tacos as mediocre and our friend ate about three bites of her taco salad, and stopped. The broccoli on my entree came still with the leaves on, and my side salad had no dressing on it. I do not mind paying more for a meal. IF the service and food are good. Do not waste your money here.

So I was in the Kanata area and ordered a $35 meal from Frankie's Nashville Hot Chicken in the Kanata region. After a total bill of nearly $50 with delivery and no drinks the two meals (for my partner and I), we received a mere sandwich of overcooked chicken fingers in a bun along with a small portion of soggy curly fries. With regret, there was nothing exemplary about this meal in respect to its cost. Highly disappointed, I will search elsewhere for a better restaurant when in the area as the monetary value of our food is far from the quality value of the food!
Got there about 3pm, my wife wanted a booth and right away we knew we were in trouble and should have left. Yes it was a Saturday, but it was not that busy. The person that we requested the booth from basically rolled her eyes at us and eventually cleared a booth. Now we're sitting and waiting and waiting...eventually a male waiter takes out drink order. So far so good. Soon we order food and this is where things got ugly. My wife ordered ribs and wings with the bourbon sauce...no sauce and the wings were smaller than a pigeons (okay not really)...the fries were cold and the coleslaw warm. How does this happen? We should have made a scene but made the mistake of not. Meanwhile our waiter spent most of his time and attention at another table with 3 women. We were very upset as this was our last big dinner in Ottawa and it soured the trip. I wish I had checked reviews before we had went there as this seems to be a common thread at this location.
