They need to put out fresh coffee creamer with ice, not room temperature creamers. Me, my fiance and my sister in law got sick from it (vomiting, and nausea) it's unsafe to serve room temperature milk/creamers due to bacterial growth which can make people sick if not stored properly.

Spent 15 minutes trying to reset my password and creating an account. Can’t reset my password and my phone number is tied to an account. Called 8 minutes ago to order 2 medium pizzas. I was told I could not get the special and pay for extra toppings. I gave up an ordered from somewhere else. Like c’mom. Gave you 4 stars because I didn’t want to mess up your rating but perhaps this can help you sort out what seems to me like issues that could make the experience better.

My go to for Pizza in Ottawa. Although I love all Gabes, this location seems to nail its consistency time after time. Also, takeout wings are always time perfectly and remain hot until I get home

I think the last time I ordered will be the last. One week it was the poutine I ordered, they put too much gravy, you could see the gravy pooled around the fries, so in the end you can’t taste anything else but their gravy. The following week it’s their pizza, now I was never a fan personally because I prefer mozzarella on my pizza not that nasty combination of brick and mozzarella that some pizza places like doing. It tasted off, I felt sick after one slice, thank god my husband liked it but I absolutely didn’t and then the toppings were over the cheese, so you must endure their very salty green olives because it’s the first thing you bite into, instead of it being under. I specifically asked for toppings to be under the cheese. Again, one too many chances, zero improvement, time to say adios!
