Would give zero stars if possible.Pizza was horrible. Cheese tasted like plastic. Not sure if it was real. Way too expensive for a bad quality pizza. Will not be eating here again.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with Gabriel pizza this past weekend. We ordered takeout from a nearby hotel, and after about an hour of waiting I called to check up on our order. At this time it seems the order was put through, and we waited about another 20 minutes to receive our pizza. The food was excellent, and delivery driver was nice, however a very disappointing experience from customer service perspective. I would not recommend pizza delivery through Gabriel Pizza.

The food was good and the service was really good. It's a decent sized restaurant, family friendly but with a bar. You can watch the game, or even go for breakfast. It tends to be a quiet place, but can be really busy at peak times. They have a really nice patio during the summer. They have lots of highchairs available for kids and large booths available. They have a takeout section with a separate entrance as well.Dietary restrictions: They have no dairy cheese options for pizza.

This is NOT a Chicken Shwarma. This is a pile of gross. Those wraps I spent even extra for the pickles ($4.00) were not shwarmas at all. That bread is not shwarma bread at all. Overall, this was a gross experience, not as advertised and garbage.

I went to Gabriel Pizza, 4452 Limebank Road (Ottawa) location, with a friend for their Super Bowl special. I placed my order on-line using their website. Upon arriving at the cash register, the female cashier told me to buy a drink. When I didn't immediately ask for a beverage, the cashier now demanded that I order a drink. The cashier instantly became loud and abusive to me in front of numerous other customers waiting near the cash register for their pick-up / take-out orders. Upon giving me my take-out order of pizza and wings the cashier said, "We added an extra ingredient to your wings." When I enquired what the ingredient was the cashier said, "I can't answer that." With a fake smile she added, "Just a minute, I would like to introduce you to the cook." When the cook or possibly manager / owner came out of the kitchen area he sarcastically said, "It's nice to meet you. Now that I know what you look like, next time you come here I will make a special pizza for you. I never forget what a customer looks like." This disrespectful comment was definitely a cryptic threat to spit on my food or tamper with my meal in some other disgusting way. Given my unfortunate experience, I can't recommend this business to anyone. I would have given a rating of zero stars, but that isn't possible when leaving a review.

Great food, great service. Restaurant was busy Sunday morning - good sign the food is good. I ordered the breakfast plate with bacon and home fries plus a side of pancakes. The bacon was crispy, eggs were perfect. The only thing is that the home fries are from frozen but still tasty. I’d love fresh made home fries (like my mother used to make) - otherwise I’d give five stars.
