I’ve been a loyal customer of Rosabella Pizza for over a year now, and until recently, it was one of my favorite places. Every Wednesday, I’ve always enjoyed their medium one-topping special for $11 and never once had an issue.
Last night, however, my wife went to pick up our usual order, and the experience was completely different and frankly, unacceptable. She was charged before the pizza was even ready, which has never happened in the 20+ times I’ve ordered there. Worse, she was charged the full price, not the Wednesday special.
When she politely asked about the special, the employee (who I’ve noticed is always grumpy and rude) told her, “You should have told us you wanted the Wednesday special.” That’s absurd. If you advertise a deal right outside your restaurant, customers shouldn’t have to ask to receive it especially when I’ve never had to before.
To make matters worse, my wife who is small in stature and Asian was treated dismissively and taken advantage of. She trusted your business and paid without question, while you overcharged her. That’s disgraceful.
I’m furious this happened, and disappointed that a place I’ve supported since day one would treat a loyal customer this way. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and disrespectful especially toward women.
I’ll never return, and I encourage others to think twice before supporting a business that operates like this. You’ve lost a long-time customer because of your staff’s attitude and the way you treat people.

The staff makes everyone feel at home right away. Super clean restaurant with spotless tables and floors. Everything tastes fresh and well-made. Really nice to find a proper halal place that stays open late. The ingredients are top quality. Workers smile and chat while making the food.
