I just went there this morning. I’ve been to the station plenty of times but never went to Happy Goat. The lady (with the black/dark brown hair) there is so kind and the food/drink I got tasted so good. 10/10 experience.

The staff working this afternoon (Jan 25, around 1:30pm) was very rude. Looked at me like I had 3 heads when I said my order and then did a long pause and goes “Is that what you want?”Usually the other staff members are a bit nicer, I know it’s cold and bad weather but try to smile more.Also, note for making a hot chocolate: please mix it.

Too much packaging when we stayed to enjoy our coffee and pastry at the Richmond Rd location. No need for it. Happy Goat should be a better corporate citizen or they will not have Happy Customers.

Thanks for the speedy chai latte - I didn’t miss the bus! However, it should have added black tea bag for there is such a lack of caffeine buzz which is what I was after in lieu of having a third coffee today? merci.
Rideau St. The best Latte I've ever had! The staff were outstanding and my Latte was perfect! Beautiful presentation as well. My daughter had an 'Apple Crisp Steamer' (if memory serves) which was one of the most delicious beverages we've ever tasted! (I got ONE sip lol) The gentleman that served me was absolutely delightful! The atmosphere was laid back and cosy. We had such a great visit and will definitely be back!

went to a new location Happy Goat Coffee at staples on bank street attitude from the staff - she takes almost 15 minutes to toast a peanut butter butter sesame bagel sighing at the same time -then luke warm coffee -just the attitude staff gave me 1 napkin peanut butter all over the place bland taste seating area a mess with pride stuff

absolutely fantastic coffee, arguably better than Starbucks. a lively and pretty environment with kind staff. Fast service too and decent prices.

It's a shame that scaffolding is covering most of the view of Happy Goat right now, because you almost can't see it at all, and definitely can not tell it is open without going right up to the door. We were very glad to have noticed that it is indeed open and had some very good coffee here one morning. The girl at the counter was very polite and friendly. We were excited about their day-old 50% off donuts! They still tasted great! We had them for breakfast with our Iced coffee. So delicious! We noticed that being downtown this place gets some interesting guests and the poor girl at the counter had to take some heat from a gentleman who had mistaken her for someone else and was being very persistent. We actually felt bad leaving her alone with him in there when we had to go. She handled herself very well and we supposed she may be used to it. The shop itself has cool graffiti-type sayings on the windows and comfortable seating areas set up all around. They do an array of different cafinated drinks, as well as some later evening drinks with alcohol. It was a really cool little spot!
