KFC is good. Always been my favourite for chicken take out. All these other places are bland and tasteless in comparison. I've had some bad experiences before like scammed on amount of fries but overall I think Kentucky is best tasting and always fresh with a big huge lineup of waiting customers. That's KFC.

Seems like this KFC is closing as of Oct 2024 or is being completely remodeled. Overall experience was 4/5. Washroom needs some upgrades and fixing.

This is a honest review, unlike the anti-KFC hypocrites who left reviews here, probably most are fake reviews. Like ANY fast food restaurant, sometimes it's not perfect. The comments in here I have experienced mostly at other chains, such as Popeyes who leaves chicken cooked and exposed. Dried out chicken, soggy/gross fries and near cold chicken sandwiches. Un-sanitary? How can you tell that from the counter? If anything I am appalled at all the bogus reviews. Spit on the order? Ya, I mean this is the extent of the honesty of the reviews here. This location appears closed now. Thank you to all the hypocrites-haters. We were not frequent customers here, but it was rare we had bad food here. Last I had here was the Big crunch and it was excellent, not greasy, not dried out and the fries were perfect. Guess if I ever want fast-food chicken I'm not going to get any as I think the alternatives are flavourless crap. The only compromise I can think of is Mary Browns and it is 50/50. I've had worse experiences here than KFC hands down. KFC has been a staple in Ottawa for a long time.
Parking: There are many businesses in this location so depending on time you go, it can be crowded but I never had problems finding a parking spot.

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied ! This was my husband's choice for his birthday supper and by the time I got home, everything had to be microwaved to be eatable. Ordered hot wings for him (knowing there's always a 5-7 mins wait) I knew I was going to have to wait out front. 20 mins later, I was still waiting and had to go back to the drive-thru (restaurant under construction) to ask about the meal, for them to ask if it was for the wings and tell me to come to the window. Still waiting in line, my meal was brought out to me so quick and just as quickly, the worker disappeared. No apologies, just told I didn't have to wait any longer. I should have known to ask for a new order, but I didn't want to make my husband wait any longer, as I still had a 20 mins drive home. My conclusion to this was, the rest of the order was waiting on the counter until the wings were done (reason for having to microwave my poutine and "mini" tenders) and then the whole meal waiting on the counter for an extra 15 mins. Wrong name showing on post, but that's besides the point.

I called they said they were open for takeout I ordered through the app arrived found it was closed called them twice to cancel a d get a refund they just hung up
Waited 30 minutes for 6 snack wraps! only got 4 … had to turn around one minute after leaving. I informed them I was missing two spicy. So they started to make them and I sat down to eat what we did have. When I opened my two, it happened that they were also the wrong flavour. When I went back for two more spicy, the manager gave me a BS excuse that the person who made my meal wasn’t there anymore (2 minutes prior…)
So, I had to take the food out of my boyfriend’s mouth to bring it to the counter to appease the manager.
I understand the food is bad before ordering, but the customer service DOES NOT HAVE TO BE. For heavens sake, take my word for it! I literally turned around after waiting 30 minutes…. To scam 2 wraps? I think NOT!

Can someone please get in touch with me? Iv tried Taco bell customer service phone and wait over an hour before I get disconnected. I cannot submit an online complaint because the website is down. Iv tried calling the store mutliple times over the passed few days. We ordered food here on July 24th at 12am and we're told after waiting 30 minutes that Taco Bell is closed at 11am. The employees could not issue a refund at that time snd told us to call Taco Bell. Please refund us for the food you never provided.

The new secret recipe fries are so bland with no seasoning on them from this place… never had an issue anywhere else other than here. Their workers are like robots with attitudes, no emotions what’s so ever and not a welcoming environment.. the wait time for just fries was almost 20 min… there was barely anyone inside ordering so why did it take this long??
The cashier gave everyone their cups except for mine.. when it comes to Indigenous Status cards don’t bother, they have no clue in the world what they do with it and it’s all on you… very disappointed in how this has turned out
