I ordered the KFC Festive Meal via uber eats and my onion rings and Pepsi were missing. The sandwich also had mashed potatoes instead of stuffing. This is a big mess-up by the staff. Very disappointing.

We came to eat the night of Jan 1st after a 2 hours drive, we were glad it was open! Service was good, food was fresh, but the restaurant was filthy and absolutely freezing as if the heating wasn’t working at all (we could see our breath when talking). The trash was full and some sodas were just sparkling water, but the staff wasn’t that busy.
I would come back anyway because it’s kfc, but I hope they fix the temperature because I couldn’t feel my fingers while eating

This place is very messy, staffs look lost, asked for dark pieces got some very dry pieces of white chicken instead, can't even talk to anyone, guy at the cash too busy taking orders, very disorganized. I do not recommend

I came here, placed my order, particularly requested the order taking person that please make sure the patty is fresh and not sitting there for quiet some time. Still got a cold patty in my burger. Threw it in the bin and came back with hopes to never return to this place again. Food industry, please learn that there is a difference in a freshly fried and hot patty. If a patty has been sitting on a hot tray for hours it would still be hot but not fresh. And that makes a huge difference in taste. I even said I don’t mind waiting 10 to 15 minutes incase if you have to prepare a fresh one. I was told our patties are always fresh and ended up being a cold patty. Aaahhh good lord!

Place was freezing cold with blasting cold air. Management couldn’t turn off the cold fan. Doors were propped open so -2 degree weather blew right in. Chicken was warm on the outside but tough, stringy, and cold on the inside — must have been left over from previous day and reheated; it was awful. No trays on which to eat in - management said they didn’t have any trays. We’ve been going to this outlet once every two weeks or so since it reopened and every time there has been something wrong — cold chicken, or broken pop machine, or broken a/c, or broken heat, or no cold slaw, or cold fries, or no trays, or broken tables but every time there is an excuse. No more. We’re done with this franchise. This kfc is on Innes Road at Jeanne d’Arc in Orleans

This place is absolutely unacceptable. The way customers are treated is rude, cold, and disrespectful, like we’re a nuisance instead of paying customers. There is zero hospitality here. What really pushed me over the edge was seeing how badly employees are treated. Staff were spoken to aggressively and embarrassed in front of customers. That kind of behavior is disgusting and completely barbaric. It creates a hostile environment and ruins the experience for everyone. No food, no matter how good, could ever justify this level of disrespect. A restaurant should be built on basic human decency, this place has none. I’ll never return and would strongly warn others to stay away until serious changes are made.

I hardly give reviews, but for me to give one here, you should know they have overdone it. For two months now the service here has been terrible I guess they changed some of the staff. I did a mobile order to be picked up now, and got there 8 minutes after, please note there was no car in front of me. I was told to come inside the store with a bad response and that it would take another 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I told her what the point of mobile order is to be picked up immediately and that I have my kids in the car, then I told her to pls cancel she said You do it. I told her I couldn't get it done and she said there's nothing she can do about it. I looked it up and called the number that was given to have the order cancelled, she was the one that picked up and she continued compliant that I should have waited for the 30mins so I told her its all good I just want my refund she told me to figure how to get the customer email and Email them for a refund I was going to have my say next thing she hang up on me. It is just sad that this new staff member would spoil the store for people around and have to go to another store. If I could give o star I would

0 stars. First of all, I waited almost 2 hours for soft tacos. The place is always filthy. Service is horrible. Very slow and order is always wrong. Do not go to this location if you want to be waiting forever for food and if you want to eat in a nasty environment.

I’m really disappointed with how this place has changed. It used to have friendly staff and good food, but my recent experience was nothing like before. When I asked about my order, the staff responded rudely and seemed irritated, even banging things around. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful toward customers. I’m not sure what the management is doing, but it seems like they no longer care about maintaining the restaurant’s standards. Very disappointed with the experience.
