Best experience! One day in June 2025, while I was sitting in this KFC restaurant（2919 Bank Street, Ottawa), a very friendly and warm-hearted young gentleman working there offered me a chicken sandwich which was very delicious. Thanks a lot to him! Thanks a lot to KFC! Best wishes to KFC!

Have been here multiple times. The past 2 times I've gone they have completely messed up my order. It's frustrating when you spend a lot of money and don't get everything you paid for. Parking lot is full of holes. Would probably benefit from a new parking lot. Also would be nice if they opened when they are supposed to.

Bought a chicken wrap and the lettuce was all brown and gross. Did not want to finish it after i pulled out a chunk of brown wilted lettuce.
Parking: Pot holes the size of craters everywhere, you can't avoid it no matter what you do.

My 10 yr old daughter usually enjoys popcorn chicken meals once in a blue moon from KFC....WELL, we got her that as a treat for dinner from this location. She was up at 1:30 am vommitting all of it up. I think that speaks for itself. Avoid this place at all costs!!
Finally a KFC that knows how to make chicken . The restaurant was out of white meat so they made a fresh batch of chicken and to make it up they gave few extra pieces of chicken. The staff were great.

The parking lot is riddled with enormous potholes, making it a challenge to navigate. If this is indicative of how they maintain their property, I have serious doubts about the quality of their food preparation and the cleanliness of the interior.

Omg please fix your parking lot. It looks like a war zone. And please NO ONE USE THE DRIVE-THRU. one placed a can to the city to complain. How dare you have a restaurant open with your lot in such terrible conditions. You should be ashamed of yourselves.......

Just terrible...the chicken bucket had green goop on inside side...chicken soggy and gross. Big crunch had black stuff at the edges and was not edible as it was so overcooked it was rock hard...I'm sure it had been cooked multiple times over two days or more... unfortunately live further out so an absolute loss. Unreal...don't go here...god knows how the food is kept or handled. Not the first time. When I lived in town years ago it was gross...thought it's still in business so maybe changed mngmnt or something so tried again....mistake.

KFC you need to up your sides game. The chicken is the only thing worth eating there.
Your tenders are INSANELY salty. If I had to guess I’d say 3000mg of sodium per piece. I couldn’t finish them without scraping off the coating. That level of salt is inhumane.
