First of all. We frequent this place often and this night was terrible. Vegas did the best with what he was presented with. We got our drinks and we were off to a good start but then our food came. My sister ordered the fish Taco and she ended up with a shrimp taco. My wife ordered the fajita bowl($27) might I add and the lack of lettuce on her plate was horrible. I ordered the chimichanga which was ok (you've made better) but the rice on my plate and my sister's plate was just a tablespoon worth. This is not ok......oh and btw my cousin was down from Toronto and she sat on gum that was placed on her seat. So the Manager Deymar came by and gave his business card and we mentioned to him that the food was terrible and cold. He brought us out a large bowl of rice but it was cold as hell. Now getting back to Vegas our server. This by no means is his fault but my man I would never serve anyone the nonsense that was served to us. Thanks for giving my sister her food for free but none of us should have had to pay for what we ate. We all couldn't wait to get outta there and go to McDonald's

The waiter provided excellent service, making our experience even more enjoyable. The fajitas were absolutely incredible, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I visited with a group of friends, and we all agreed that the quality of the food, combined with its reasonable price, makes Lone Star a place we’d gladly return to.
Parking: The lines can get a little blurry in the winter but it’s all good.
Called 3 times and got put on hold for 5+ minutes EACH time. Ended up coming in person and waited an obnoxiously long amount of time for chips and salsa takeout… no one can answer the phone but I walked in and the hostess was talking with another employee laughing and giggling, not acknowledging me.
I tried to rent space for my daughter's birthday, a month or so in advance, and was told that we didn't have enough people, and that they could accommodate us in the dining room. Ok. I just called to confirm this, as the date is TOMORROW NIGHT. I've now been told that because it's a Saturday, they cannot make reservations. We are welcome to just show up (with 12 teenage girls), and hope for the best. Are you serious? Thanks so much for ruining my daughter's birthday dinner. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 SO disappointing.

The food came with a nice presentation, Ordered some wings and fajitas. We arrived around 9:15 pm on Tuesday Nov 11, Not realizing they close at 10 Pm. Our server was great, polite, friendly, and food was served hot and fresh in a timely manner. Would give a 5 start for service to our waiter.
Our issue was with the red headed lady that seated us. Got a scour we do not work past 10 Pm you know she insisted. Wich is fine we would have taken our food with us.
On our way out we as to speak with the manager on duty to give our server a nice compliment how friendly he was. Turns out the the red headed lady was the manger on duty and and again gave us a smart smerk as we tried to compliment and say thank you
