Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing, and unfortunately, we won't be returning. It all started when we were seated after another group, despite arriving first. We were the only ones there for a few minutes before more guests arrived, yet the manager, Derek Sterling (or whatever his name was), seated them ahead of us. When we mentioned we couldn’t hear the hostess explaining the washroom situation due to the loud atmosphere, she repeated herself but we still struggled to understand her.
Things didn’t improve from there. Although the manager apologized for the seating mix-up, the problems continued. He kindly brought out some chips and salsa to make up for the mistake, but the salsa had frozen chunks in it, which was unappetizing. We ordered the Diablo queso, but it arrived cold, tasting only of hot sauce and not in a good way. We sent it back, and the replacement queso was also cold.
When our main dishes came, we were further disappointed to find that the corn tortillas were frozen, while the flour tortillas were warm and fresh. The lettuce for the fajitas was frozen, and the shredded cheese was dry and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. We decided to address these issues with the manager, but Derek's response was passive-aggressive, and he blamed the poor quality of the food on their supplier, GFS. At this point, we felt that nothing could salvage the situation, especially with the poor service and quality of food.
Sadly, the staff didn’t seem to care about the issues we raised. After a very frustrating experience, we decided to leave. Based on our visit, we do not recommend this restaurant and won't be returning. It’s hard to believe that other guests had a good experience when everything we were served was subpar.

The food is good. Servers never smiled. Felt like I was interrupting their alone time. Cooks are why they are still in business.
Well, old Navy buddy picked this place for a late lunch. I was pleased with the change in everything from our welcome to our departure. Cocoa 206 was very pleasant. Her smile was genuine, and her service was amazing. The food was enjoyed by us both. It was very evident that the waitresses enjoyed their jobs. A very pleasant change from two years ago. When I'm back in town, I'll definitely be back.

Some of the food was awesome...some was bland & cold. For the price you pay it should be better. Steak was awesome at least & the churros with whipped cream...so good.
Kid-friendliness: Seems ok not geared to kids though.

Food was good, service was good, but they sat us next to a drafty window and my wife and I had to eat our meal with our winter coats on. We complained and they offered to move us after some tables opened up, but by then we already had our food and were eating.

I can not get over how ridiculously expensive Lone Star has become. I only went because of a gift card. I will never justify the price if it's all our of pocket. The food is mediocre at best. Service is great, but I cannot understand how full families can afford it.

Great vibes and epic service; we’re both vegetarian so limited options but good food nonetheless -

I feel bad for the servers having to be the face of the establishment. Had the burger and fries. Should be pretty hard to mess up right? Fries were triple salted. I always finish my fries...had one and left the rest...disgusting. Burger and bun were good, but toppings pathetic. Patty was great, diameter of a tea saucer. The single omato was about the diameter of a golf ball. The shedded lettuce was sprinkled on like it was a pinch of paprika or something. Theres more shredded lettuce on a Jr chicken from McD's. How to maximize your momentary profits and lose long-term customers. Been lonestar fan since the early 90s, but just keeps getting more corporate. Done with it.
Still tipped. Poor kid.

This was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long while.
The staff were excellent! Particularly our server. Such a great young man.
We had severe food allergies and he ( and the kitchen staff) were very diligent! To make sure they made it as safe as possible for our family to eat.
Thank you so much for this great experience.
