I visited this place at 10am on a Friday, only to find out they don’t start making their Loukoumades until 11am, even though they had already been open for two hours. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere online, which was pretty frustrating. Later that day, I came back to pick some up for a party, and I noticed a small handwritten sign stating the same thing. For a place that is essentially a donut shop, not having their specialty ready during regular AM hours seems a bit absurd.

Like another reviewer (Gilles) mentioned, the cappuccino here is unusual. There was very little foam (even less foam than a normal latte), and had a watery taste (maybe just 1 shot of espresso for a medium cup, and it tasted like skim milk). It is OK if you like that style of coffee, or want mainly hydration with some "café au lait" taste.
I loved the loukoumades. Not too sweet 😉 (iykyk). They are freshly made and I liked that they are not heavy or greasy. Highly recommend the cinnamon sugar and the dark chocolate toppings.
I thought the service could have been better. I asked some questions about the menu and ingredients, (maybe the lady was tired or having a bad day) and got an impatient "just choose something, there are many options" - and my partner also felt pressured to pay first for his coffee (we wanted to pay together). Just surprised because the other reviews talk about great customer service and we kind of felt like we weren't welcome in the store. I think we will come back though. The loukoumades were really good.

Second time I come to this place because the first time I liked their Lokmas. I had asked for a drink last time and they didn't have it. I came back a second time and its no longer on the menu. Its either a "OH we don't have that right now" or "it's not on the menu right now".. so why is it written on the menu?
