Extremely disappointed with the recent quality of the desserts. The waffles and crepes don't have the amount of chocolate that it used to. Very plain and bland. I hope you guys improve as I loved having the waffles here.

Customer service was not at all good. While I of course understand that it can be busy at times, when we went in a couple of days ago we were not even greeted when we walked in. The workers were all chatting behind the counter and seemed to pay little to no attention to anything and we felt ignored. Food was pretty good, but is more of an eye pleaser than a mouth pleaser.

We got the kinder crepe, the Dow of the crepe was not good, the taste and texture both were not the best. So went to eat the chocolate and fruits, only to find the banana is very old. I don’t know how a restaurant can sell old banana like that. As for the mix of white and milk chocolate it was very good, the only good thing about our order.

I usually have a good experience here but I ordered a crepe from here today, through Uber eats, and it came within 20 mins. I was very cold as if frozen fruit was used, not fresh at all, the chocolate is hard, its not warm even a little bit. very disappointed. I called to let them know and they basically said “sorry, too bad”. Pretty expensive for it to come frozen in my opinion.
