Broth was fatty and tasted funny, plus paid extra for two large size, and it came with one half ounce cup of sriracha
Ordered take away pho dac biet because I'm fighting a cold and craved some pho. Food arrived neatly packed and individually bagged to avoid spillage. Generous portions of meats (that were also delicious and tender), great toppings and the broth is ridiculously delicious and aromatic. Would order again 100%. Thank you!!!

Portion size was great, broth was excellent. Very clean welcoming. Could use some decorative touches that would convey the Vietnamese heritage (pics, bamboo baskets). Option to upsize the veggies that go in the soup would also be nice. All these really depends on local tastes since Ottawa is different from Toronto with a larger Vietnamese community. Look forward to going back to try other menu items.

Ordered 4 orders or summer rolls. Two veggie and one chichen and shrimp. They can with no veggies. It was just rice noodles and one piece of lettuce. Very disappointed in these

My order was takeout. Luckily I was headed home because the order didn't come with a bowl, utensils or sauces. It also didn't come with bay leaves or bean sprouts.
The food was decent enough and it was a healthy portion. It needed sauces; I added fish sauce, hoisin, and sriracha. It also needed bay leaves and bean sprouts. It was just broth, onions and beef. Meh.
The veggie spring rolls were crisp and good. The spring rolls also came with a dipping sauce.

First time at this place and found it expensive for what I ordered and was served compared to other places.
The place is quiet and service provided by one person for entire room who doesn't greet, doesn't smile and doesn't say thank you when you tip or goodbye when you leave.
Menu was not clean and table was missing ingredients.
Food was good.
I may try one other time to see if things are better.

Our family ate here and loved it! It’s a fusion restaurant of mainly Vietnamese cuisine plus some nice Thai dishes. The food was very flavourful and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The soups that we got stayed hot in the bowl and came outfast. The portions here are very generous, they could last you 2 meals (we got size Medium for the soups). The meat in the vermicelli bowl was grilled perfectly and the fried rolls were crispy and hot. Definitely a go to place if you’re in the area! And the prices are really affordable for the amount of food you get. The menu is has so much variety, so it’s easy to try a new dish if you’re in the mood. The service was fast, friendly, and welcoming too. Would def come back!!

Place was nice and atmosphere good. Server was nice and only one waiter working all the tables so he was fast. You could ask him for anything you needed because he was walking around to the tables. Seems like a family oriented and owned place. Some opportunities for improvement: put more rare beef in the pho and less beef balls. The beef balls had hard pieces which I am thinking was cartilage - not appetizing and I had to spit out most of the balls. The pad Thai was microwaved warm because it came out steaming hot which is a sign of microwaving vs cooking or warming. Spring rolls were good but now I question the freshness as they were hot hot when coming out too. Have a family member or friend sample the dishes so you can ensure quality dishes are servedwhich will encourage repeat customers and business. I didn’t find the food great to want to come out to this location again. Great restaurant generally but needs a bit more refining.
