I had an excellent experience. Francis at Pita Pit is absolutely amazing. He greets everyone with a genuine, warm smile, creating a kind and welcoming atmosphere every time I come in. He is incredibly mindful, attentive, and clearly cares about both the customers and the quality of his work. The food is always very good, and Francis makes the experience even better with his positive attitude and professionalism. I come very regularly, and I would come every day just because of him. He is an outstanding worker and a huge asset to Pita Pit.

Got delivered through Uber. Overall it was fine, food was delivered fast and a good offer through the app. The food itself however, there were more jalapenos than romaine lettuce. And it was the most well wrapped pita I've ever seen, simply because it was lacking of ingredients overall and when I go in store it's typically filled much more reasonably. It'll be quite some time before I consider a pita from here again.

This location has good service but not what I come to expect at Pita Pit. Pita Pit is usually outstanding when it comes to service at every location I've been to. its a combination of service and health options that make Pita Pit a favorite of mine.
I think it has something to do with the amount of Uber Eats orders, the staff often seems overwhelmed and I end up waiting an extra 5-10 minutes. Still a great location, I come here all the time.

The food was very good and the server was incredibly knowledgeable and careful about celiac-safe food handling. I didn’t even have to ask her to use the sandwich items that had not yet been touched. She got all her fillings from the new bins under the counter. The gluten-free pita was really yummy. Overall, a great experience.

Very impressed with Francis. As a vegetarian I ALWAYS have to ask for the staff to change their gloves after touching meat, but he was proactive and did it before even mentioning anything. His customer service is also spot on, he was super friendly while greeting us, always had a smile and over all was a great server! Just based off him alone I would return!
