Came here ever since I’ve been served by Frances/Francis. Best customer service ever and the food is unbelievably tasty - I love their chicken bacon Caesar pitas. This is my fourth time coming back for more.

Since i was asked how this location could turn their 4 star into a 5 star.
This location has good service but not what I come to expect at Pita Pit. Pita Pit is usually outstanding when it comes to service at every location I've been to. its a combination of service and health options that make Pita Pit a favorite of mine.
I think it has something to do with the amount of Uber Eats orders, the staff often seems overwhelmed and I end up waiting an extra 5-10 minutes. Still a great location, I come here all the time.

The food was very good and the server was incredibly knowledgeable and careful about celiac-safe food handling. I didn’t even have to ask her to use the sandwich items that had not yet been touched. She got all her fillings from the new bins under the counter. The gluten-free pita was really yummy. Overall, a great experience.

Very impressed with Francis. As a vegetarian I ALWAYS have to ask for the staff to change their gloves after touching meat, but he was proactive and did it before even mentioning anything. His customer service is also spot on, he was super friendly while greeting us, always had a smile and over all was a great server! Just based off him alone I would return!

I asked for a beef brisket bowl w light on the spinach base & more for toppings & extra sauce....i didnt get a salade....i got a soup of sauce w some toppings & little to no spinach....😱😬🤦🏽♀️ Could not eat this.... Missing stuff fm order also...

Ordered Buffalo Chicken for myself and my son got a Kids meal, both of them were amazing. Super friendly staff and everyone was super nice. Definitely be coming back to this one and highly recommended

The Orleans location is better, by far. Staff aren’t super friendly at this one unlike Innes, also not a lot of places to sit and if it’s busy inside it can get awkward. Noticed the romaine lettuce did not look its best and when I asked if they had fresher romaine they didn’t answer me. Overall not terrible but staff could be friendlier.

I love this pita pit! Every time I come in, I’m always greeted with a smile and I always feel welcomed no matter who is behind the counter. The staff is generous with their toppings and I leave satisfied every time. This is why I always come back and go out of my way for this location. I’ll always recommend to others to come here for this reason. Compared to the one off Innes in Orleans, they’re quite stingy and will go out of their way to charge extra on some toppings. And I mean, bring me back to the register after preparing the food. This location knows what they’re doing in order to keep their customers coming back!!
