The Orleans location is better, by far. Staff aren’t super friendly at this one unlike Innes, also not a lot of places to sit and if it’s busy inside it can get awkward. Noticed the romaine lettuce did not look its best and when I asked if they had fresher romaine they didn’t answer me. Overall not terrible but staff could be friendlier.

I love this pita pit! Every time I come in, I’m always greeted with a smile and I always feel welcomed no matter who is behind the counter. The staff is generous with their toppings and I leave satisfied every time. This is why I always come back and go out of my way for this location. I’ll always recommend to others to come here for this reason. Compared to the one off Innes in Orleans, they’re quite stingy and will go out of their way to charge extra on some toppings. And I mean, bring me back to the register after preparing the food. This location knows what they’re doing in order to keep their customers coming back!!

My husband and I are allergic to pork, and I am also pregnant, so I can’t risk any cross-contamination. Despite informing the staff of our allergies and requesting that separate utensils be used for grilling our chicken, I observed that the same utensils were being used for another person’s food. When I kindly asked again for different utensils, the female staff member appeared visibly upset, turning her head left and right in frustration. This behavior made us feel uncomfortable and not valued as customers.
To make matters worse, the sandwiches we ordered were by far the worst we’ve tried. We had to throw them away after just one bite.

Ordered via uber eats. Taste fine but they skipped half the toppings. None of the things I asked grilled were on it (onions, mushrooms, peppers) neither was the avocado. Also never got toasted as requested. As a result the pitas were pretty small.
Odly all the things they didn't do were highlighted on the bill so they were definitely seen and just ignored.
Extremely overpriced for their large pita, they charged me TWENTY SEVEN for one freaking sammich and it wasn't big at all, it was dry and tasteless, avoid this location, there's a better shawarma place right across from it.
