The poutine gravy tasted sour, most likely expired that the guy with moustache had to microwave the poutine (gravy, fries, and cheese curds) before serving me the poutine. Who microwaves poutine at a fast-food restaurant when it should be served fresh? $5.99 CA for a foul poutine wasted right there and no refund. If you want good poutine, everything needs to be served fresh with the correct ingredients without the use of a microwave. I'm surprised that this Pizza Pizza location has a clean inspection certificate.

Pizza Pizza Ogilvie Square is the worst place to buy pizza, last night they cheated me and gave me burned and old pizza, no cheese, they are very bad people, they meant to give me an old pizza no cheese, no chekin meat, burned black, even a dog will not eat it, the bill was 21.16 he charged me 21.45, do you think this people are what kind of people?

Food was hot and delicious and tasty. Only downside was that they were out of sweet Thai chilli sauce for the boneless bites.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza with a thin crust was delicious.

Don’t know what type of flour they use, it caused me and my child a terrible constipation.
I don't order often but every time has been amazing. Quick delivery and the pizza is always hot and perfectly cooked.What a treat.

I ordered through the pizza pizza app for takeout. I ordered a XL pizza with pineapple, italian ham and extra cheese and what I got was lackluster. It's supposed to come with 10 wings, 4 cokes and a dip. I asked for the wings to be tossed in BBQ sauce and they are hardly covered being only lightly drizzled... I didn't even get my dipping sauce for the pizza. At least they didn't mess up the 4 cokes but come on... I spent $37... The least you can do is ensure I get everything I paid for... Called customer support and they had me waiting for an hour before I gave up.

I like Pizza Pizza's food and the fact they have vegan options, but the service at this location has really gone downhill. Delivery drivers have forgotten items in my order multiple times and had to drive back to the store to collect them, and delivered the wrong items. Not sure I'll stay a customer at this rate.
