By far the worst location ever. The franchise must be very slow so making it up by cutting corners. I ordered the xxl and the toppings were so skimpy maybe 10 Pieces of pepperoni. I also got extra cheese and it was half cheese. Luckily I looked before leaving and asked for my money back. They argued with me and told me what did I expect for the price. Don’t sell something if you don’t want to make it properly. I told him I would go to another pizza pizza. I went to the location on Rideau and it was amazing. I am attaching a picture so this location can see what a pizza should look like. Very rude staff I do not recommend

driver SHIRIAZ threatened my life at my job. I am 7 months pregnant and he called me demanding I come to the car to pick up the pizza rather than him coming to the door. When I told him I don’t feel safe coming to the car window and that he needs to come to the door, he came into my job, gave me the pizza, called me racial slurs, when I told him I would report him to the owner, he smacked the pizza box out of my hand onto the floor, said he is the owner (he is not) and when i started recording him to report to the police he said he would be waiting for me outside my job when I’m done work. I had police parked for my safety all day outside my job. I asked that the owner of the store call me to discuss, turns out they’re all Iranian relatives who hire their new coming family members so they don’t care if their drivers do anything wrong. The actual pizza shop was also really nasty and dirty. Floors inside the kitchen were not mopped and looked so muddy. They also don’t wear gloves while handling the pizza and taking phone calls at their store ( cross-contamination). They offered me no refund when their own driver destroyed the $50 pizzas I ordered. I filed a police report and the police told me they will go to the driver’s house to handle the matter. I am pressing charges.

Honestly wasn’t impressed at all I just wanted pizza and they had a good deal so I went I order and paid for extra cheese pizza and bacon crumble on one side. Bacon didn’t look cooked had to place in air fryer for crispyness extra cheese is extra and I paid for it but barely received cheese the layer of cheese was screaming for more cheese I got more sauce than cheese.

I honestly don’t understand how this restaurant is still open. The cook was handling money, touching his filthy clothes, and then cooking food with the same dirty hands — no washing, no gloves, nothing. He just wiped his hands on his shirt and kept cooking like it was normal.
It gets worse. He was using his phone, laughing, and sneezing over the food without covering his mouth or wearing a mask. That’s not just careless — it’s a public health risk. The hygiene here is nonexistent, and anyone eating from this place is literally putting their health at risk.
We were so disgusted we couldn’t eat a single bite. We threw the food straight in the trash and walked out. If there’s any health inspector reading this — please check this place immediately. It’s not just dirty, it’s unacceptable and dangerous.

When we entered the restaurant, we saw the cook handling money and touching his clothes, then cooking multiple dishes without washing his hands or wearing gloves — just wiping his hands on his clothes. He was also using his phone and laughing while cooking, sneezed without covering his mouth, and wasn’t wearing a mask. It was really disgusting. I ended up throwing the food away.

Their customer service is very bad. Whatever I ask the employee, he says to go online to find out the answer. lol. Not recommended. Go somewhere else where we get respect. We come here to buy the food, not to beg.

Today I had ordered pizza through Uber Eats, when I arrived for pickup, I just asked that I have a pizza to pick up, first of all the guy ignored me and I told him hello! politely I am here for my pizza, suddenly the guy started yelling at me in front of my son without reason. Finally I said I need to see your Manager to the other guy but he told me that the managers are not there. They all sabotaged me. I am a victim. Me and my children no longer want to eat pizza. the address is 1950 Montreal Rd.
