Their customer service is very bad. Whatever I ask the employee, he says to go online to find out the answer. lol. Not recommended. Go somewhere else where we get respect. We come here to buy the food, not to beg.
Also, dont know how healthy the food is. I saw the guy was making pizza and touching meat, cheese, and vegetarian pizza with the same hand without washing his hand. 😆. Very sad.

Today I had ordered pizza through Uber Eats, when I arrived for pickup, I just asked that I have a pizza to pick up, first of all the guy ignored me and I told him hello! politely I am here for my pizza, suddenly the guy started yelling at me in front of my son without reason. Finally I said I need to see your Manager to the other guy but he told me that the managers are not there. They all sabotaged me. I am a victim. Me and my children no longer want to eat pizza. the address is 1950 Montreal Rd.

The poutine gravy tasted sour, most likely expired that the guy with moustache had to microwave the poutine (gravy, fries, and cheese curds) before serving me the poutine. Who microwaves poutine at a fast-food restaurant when it should be served fresh? $5.99 CA for a foul poutine wasted right there and no refund. If you want good poutine, everything needs to be served fresh with the correct ingredients without the use of a microwave. I'm surprised that this Pizza Pizza location has a clean inspection certificate.
