I had an amazing visit to Popeyes today! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the service was top-notch. Huge thanks to Nasima — her warmth and attentiveness made the experience even better. She went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Hands down, one of the best Popeyes experiences I’ve ever had!

My wife and I had a great experience at Popeyes! Montreal road. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really stood out was the excellent service. Nasima and her friend was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive — she made the visit extra pleasant. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and genuine care. Very bad service from Sandhya at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I had a really disappointing experience today. I clearly ordered spicy chicken, but Sandhya gave me mild instead. When I politely mentioned it, instead of fixing the mistake, she started arguing and insisting that she was right. It’s very unprofessional to debate with a customer rather than just correcting the order.

I come to Popeyes for good food and service, not for unnecessary arguments. Really disappointed with the attitude and the lack of respect shown. Hope the management trains the staff better on customer service.

Their chicken sandwich and their fried chicken were excellent! They were crunchy and very well-seasoned.

Their service was excellent too! A special mention for Nasima, her reception, smile and fast service was much appreciated. I hope to have her again next time I go, haha.
