Ordered a sandwich off of uber eats (turkey brie, with green apple and cranberry sauce) sandwich arrived with like 4 slices of the thinnest apple, barely any sauce. Mostly just turkey. This was a 19$ sandwich. I'd never ever order from this place again.

I paid extra for Brie cheese and found more romaine lettuce in my sandwich than I did cheese. And on top of it it was all slices of the white mold that wraps the cheese! Tomatoes were soggy and fell apart. Not worth the price!

Ordered online, went to pick up toward the end of the window they quoted it would be ready by. Still had to wait 45 minutes in store for my sandwiches. While waiting I saw the employees take bins off of the floor, place them on the cutting board to get some of the vegetables out, put the bin back on the floor and then began placing items on the cutting board without wiping it. Prices are absolutely insane for what you get. Potato soup was water with potato chunks in it. Very disappointed in every aspect of this visit.

Definitely not mistaken. Window, as in a window of time, not a physical place… and yes you absolutely had bins on the floor when I was there. But thanks for the reply!

Hidden gem in the Canotek area!
I usually get a salad to go and my bf usually gets a soup and sandwich. The food is delicious, filling and a great value. Not to mention the owner is a kind and generous person. Watch out- the cookies are addictive.

First review, first panini tried, that's... just how amazing this place is

Absolutely the best lentil soup I've ever had before, you can tell they make their food with lots of love🩷 Their sandwiches are phenomenal too!! Can't recommend this shop enough, fresh, healthy, delicious food and priced well too.

The lady that was preparing my salad used her BARE hands to chop them and scrapped it into the container. SHE DIDNT EVEN WASH HER HANDS????? I was DISGUSTED When I asked her to make another one wearing gloves she refused and raised her voice at me! she even refused a refund. I worked at a F&B for 4 years we always wear glove and not to mention I took the food handlers course which the staff at this location clearly did not or the manager/owner doesn’t enforce their staff to do so ! Also the person taking my order must have dementia or some sort of memory issues i clearly said tomato soup and she gave me Italian wedding. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION UNLESS THEY START WEARING GLOVES. I WASTED MY HARD EARN $7 for a salad that I am too disgusted to eat.
